Exactly, the way Jas speaks to Kav and the way he cowers makes me uncomfortable. Can you imagine if the genders were reversed?

Lola kept a poker face although I think she was probably seething because she didn't want to look weak in front of Queen Julia.

But the problem Angelista has is that there is no one else in there for her. She has to pretend to keep the drama going with Simba in order not to become vulnerable (to being dumped), whether she wants him or not. In real life she could block and move on...

There is something not right with Lola. The way she dismissed Sean’s behaviour, the way she spoke to Julia in the morning when she wanted to say her piece was awful. When Sean chucks her she is going to have a serious shock, it’s crazy.

Completely agree that if the gender roles were reversed people would be saying Kav is a gaslighter etc. Jas just deflects constantly. She’s also unbelievably self absorbed. I have a grudging admiration for it!

I really like Jas but she pissed me off last night, she can be angry with Kav’s behaviour (which has been terrible) and still apologise for her own actions. She didn’t even address Priya. Yes, she did tell Priya about her ‘plan’ but she still could have turned to her, without being promoted, and said ‘I’m so sorry, you’re my friend and I haven’t put your feelings first’, but she had to be pushed and even then she didn’t take responsibility. She is too focused on her own upset to see that she needs to say sorry for how she treated Priya and her flirty comments instead of just saying ‘but I was joking’ - even if you WERE only joking, apologise!!!

I just find all the interactions between Kav and Jas very uncomfortable. Jas is always dismissing his feelings and shouting him down. He does try to argue back, but ends up backing down and then looks like a little boy being told off. He looked happy at Casa. Jas makes him miserable, even if he does fancy her, it's not enough.

Lola is dreadful! Not a Sean fan but she’s not great.

If you watch Lola closely, you can see the moment when the poker face slipped, and she started to fume. I agree that the dismissal of his behaviour was to save face, but it only made her look unhinged. Sean did not look like he was reassured by her reaction. He looked like he was thinking wtf????

Its not shown much, but Jasmine and Mica have their own private friendship going on.
They are basically in on it together and doing what they can to stay till the end.
Neither are genuinely into their partner on the show, but its just between them.
Their own secret game play.

I've just picked up on it over time.
Movie night showed one of their terrace chats about Priya as an example.

But Jasmine/ Mica said when watching that they have private chats there all the time/ every day.

But yeh they are fake and its interesting to watch.

I hate to be the one to break it to you but ALL of them are trying to stay till the end. They’re all there for clout, all their for fame, all there hoping to get to the end, all there hoping to win. None of them are there because they believe they’re going to fall in love and live happily ever after, none are there but are dressing the fame. I doubt anyone is really into their partner which is why most split up as soon as their contract is over or within a few weeks.
Every single person in that villa is there for the Booboo deal or whoever makes clothes these days and the Instagram likes. We hear every year these accusations of someone being there for fake reasons but they’re all there for ‘fake’ reasons, that’s the whole reason why people sign up to Love Island!

I agree that's why I'm always surprised that some people are convinced about the romances in there.

I just think Jasmine and Mica are quite seperate from the others.

Jas is being so fucking awful I might have to turn off. Who the hell does she think she is screaming at Kav and the others to shut up. She is SUCH A HYPOCRITE. Where's her fucking apology for Priya.

To be fair, I do agree with her that all the boys have been disgusting and gross! I was disgusted with them as soon as they went into Casa, I think they have been the worst Casa group we have ever seen!

Did anyone see a tear when Jas was ‘crying’? I didn’t. And she was then able to switch v quickly back to aggressive discussion with Kav with no smudged make up, bloodshot eyes, cracked voice or snotty nose.

She’s totally fake.
