Hopefully Todd will drop herself in it by saying it never happened and Charity is making it up. Then the police will say they have the forensics to prove it did happen.

@JaneJeffer I haven’t read it but Todd definitely undid her jeans because Charity zipped them back up again. How was it supposed to prove it didn’t happen in the book?

I mean the defence tried to say it wouldn’t have been possible to remove tight jeans but the jury didn’t buy it. It’s been a while since I read it so the details are hazy now.

Good point about them having forensic evidence if Todd denies everything. Let’s hope that’s what happens and it leads to Todd’s downfall.

It will be a case of her word against Todd’s. And initially everyone will believe the upstanding doctor over a dodgy dingle. But hopefully something will come to light and finally everyone will see what Todd really is. I’ve found this frustrating to watch (the build up and bullying of Jacob before this). A bit like the Tom King storyline when people are so blind to what terrible characters these really are.
Surely Todd’s parting gift will be to tell Sarah the truth about the baby though?

Charity needs to get in first with the baby bombshell. And then tell the police the whole sorry story of blackmail backed up by all the text messages. We can't have another villain getting away with their crimes. What a fall from grace though. Respected successful doctor to bully, blackmailer and sex offender.
