She has a bigger profile over there because she did their Traitors. I thought she had done DWTS Ireland before 🤔

I don't think she did do DWTS Ireland, was she on Traitors recently she must be trying to break America 🤔

@Lomonald She does some presenting for their Love Island and she’s the new Cilla in a remake of Blind Date. I think that’s UK based though

Oh is she, she is doing well then , tbf i only know her from Im a Celeb.

Maura is always popping up on a fashion blog I read called Go Fug Yourself, which is based in America.

@EineReiseDurchDieZeit, I listened to it and I also listen to his parenting hell podcast so am familiar with Josh’s tone, I thought it was funny and informative.

Im checking other social media and so far I can’t find any spoilers of the partnerships so they must be running a “tight ship”!

Agree with @tennissquare, I’m a big Parenting Hell fan (RIP Beryl & Fluffball 😢) so am used to Josh’s style of delivery. He’s very self deprecating but I find him very funny, as well as very open and honest about his issues with his mental health and alcohol addiction.

I’m definitely giving all 3 a chance. I love the show and I just want it to work

Apparently the audience has to sign something saying they won’t tell anyone the pairings so we may be getting a surprise when it airs on 19th (which would be good).

Yes, it would make for a refreshing change. I wonder if they are hoping to do that for the whole series

Yes, this is her job . It baffles me too but the modern world i guess.

I think she calls herself a presenter. She did Glow Up Ireland and also presented Love Island Aftersun in the US.

I really like Josh, his parenting podcast is chaotic and hilarious, his stand up is actually very slick. But I’m not sure how he and jojo will manage as presenters of strictly. It’s a huge job and it seems amazing to me that they haven’t gone with experienced presenters (other than Emma of course)

Josh has presented live on the Last Leg since 2012, it’s back on the 16th Oct so he will be doing both for several weeks.

Have the pairings been leaked yet?

Josh and Jojo are already starting to annoy me on the initial videos that have leaked.

I listened to the Rest is Entertainment podcast with the new Strictly hosts. Emma was very warm, chatty but polished - really liked her. Josh was funny but very loud - lots of honking and cackling, fully egged on by Richard Osman mins you. Johannes was very quiet in the first half and was overshadowed by the other two.

Honestly don't know how it's going to work with the 3 of them hosting a live show together. Emma said there's no one doing 'the Tess role' or 'the Claudia role', they're trying to make it fresh. She also said there is no backstage roving reporter role and they don't know where that rumour came from 🤷🏻

I'll be watching next Saturday and will definitely give them all a fair chance. It's such a huge gig, I bet everyone involved is petrified!
