So finally the Megan/Will storyline is coming to an end! Sam is still not well though, poor lad...

Connor-Swain and Fit Kit are busy trying to find Theo's killer, and everyone Todd is close to is taking it in turns to babysit him!

Tim is trying to come to terms with the realisation that the thing he had with an older woman (Trisha) 40 years ago, (when he was 14) was actually abuse...

Shona's sister Jodie has managed to push herself into Daniel's house (and his life,) and seems to flit from place to place, with no actual luggage or money!

That really was a poor episode.

Will’s acting at being drunk was laughable! The way he sobered up so quickly any other 15 year old would have been throwing up! Didn’t recognise Betsy Lamb surely that would have taken some recognition from the Swain-Connor’s! Agree as next of kin Todd would have been there surely at the sentencing? I don’t get Aliya and Adam they are like two workmates not lovers they bore me to death they need a decent storyline. I really thought Ben was going to come charging around to Megan after Hope had told him she’d seen her!

Agree Will is a bad actor, although tbf it's not easy to act drunk ( Chris Gascoigne was a master class, didn't overdo it). There must be hundreds of aspiring young northern actors they had to choose from and they picked someone to act as a runner who can't even run! Also, how did Ma get up scaffolding and why is scaffolding there?

Adam and Alya are weird.

They live together and work together with no other staff, so they are together 24/7. Plus he is meant to be tutoring her through her exams.

They look bored to death with each other. No wonder they have to leave the office nobody ever sees and carpet bag around the cafe, the bistro and Speed Dahl just for a bit of company

Speed Dahl is a bit weird too.

Obviously there is no reason why a place serving up genuine Pakistani street food should not be staffed almost entirely by white people but that is rarely the case in the real life

We were wishing last night that Speed Dahl was round the corner from us. It doesn't seem very well run though. Leanne looked a much better fit in the Bistro.
Adam and Alya need to have twins. That would give them something to do. Especially if Alya was doing law exams at the same time.

Sooo over so many of these storylines! Don’t care who killed Theo, just glad he’s gone. Can’t bear Will, the most unathletic teenager ever, or Swain the worst detective known to mankind, or weird Sam.
I am slightly curious as to where the Jodie and Daniel relationship will go, like pp’s I think her character’s background is very full of holes, but it does intrigue me (although I’m sure that the writers will disappoint me when/if there is ever a revelation).
I am missing Carl, Debbie and Ronnie, and would like to see that story featured more.

Theyve lost their way with this plot. It was good for a while, but nobody cares enough about Theo to drag it on this long. They need to get on with it!

The Theo murderer can’t be a big corrie name as they’d get written out of it while eventually in prison 🤷‍♀️ Got to be an insignificant I reckon.

We should be the scriptwriters! Alya goes off with Dev causing Adam to kill them both. Sam kills Will whilst high on whatever shit he’s been taking, then takes out Megan and Ma Driscoll and puts us all out of our misery. Jodie fleeces Dan for all his worth the kidnappers catch up with her and murders them both. Summer kills Swain George and Todd and Ken bores everyone else to death ! There job done 👍🏽

I don't understand all the talk of Theo's ex wife massively benefitting from his death. Presumably they were divorced for him to marry Todd, who would likely inherit from life insurance etc. 🤷🏻‍♀️
