Oh but I think that that actor is creepy and unattractive.

motherinferior · 21/06/2008 17:11

Oooh, is that Nathaniel Parker? He was at DP's school. In which case he is even older than I am, and should Be Ashamed Of Himself.

(Sadly, the only goss I have on him is DP wandering through, saying Oh That's Nat Parker.)

Whereas the divine Trevor Eve, to take just one example of someone who has stirred my hormones since I was a sixth-former....

crikey, 40s isn't old !! - not old enought to turn to casual slacks and zip up cardis ! it's Nathaniel Parker btw and generally regarded as quite wooden as an actor

MaryAnnSingleton · 21/06/2008 17:12

nooo, Trevor Eve is spooky and beahy

MaryAnnSingleton · 21/06/2008 17:12

beaky that is...I find him creepy

Even Mr Inferior, never the glass of fashion, doesn't wear zip-up cardis.

Ah, but you see when you Get To My Age you too, my dears, will fancy the chaps who lit your fires waaaaaaaaay back when. It's like my mum and Bollywood actors.

yes, I do know what you mean - I do dislike a v neck jumper with nothing but chest hair underneath..see Gregg Wallace on MasterChef and other men of a certain age

motherinferior · 21/06/2008 17:17

Clarkson

Shashi, I think. The older gent. She's Indian, my mum.

He did indeed board. The experience has left him with an enthusiasm for solitude, a tolerance of Quakerism and a dislike of pastry.

MaryAnnSingleton · 21/06/2008 17:21

no,no, not that Peter Parker

Control Pants for middle youth.

(This thread is another demonstration of why I love MN, btw.)

womblingalong · 21/06/2008 17:23

Oh I used to love Shashi Kapoor when a little girl

womblingalong · 21/06/2008 17:24

(In old movies obv, I don't think I am as old as your mother btw MI!)

MaryAnnSingleton · 21/06/2008 17:24

I don't care for a casual shirt either while we're on about middle aged mens clothes...you know, not tucked in,short sleeves, weird patterns on
