I’ll be honest.

I know Bec has been a bit of a shit.

But I do actually have some sympathy for her.

I think she is so emotionally insecure and Danny hasn’t really reassured her at all. He looks guilty every time he’s questioned. And he’s gaslighted her by making her think he’ll end things if she doesn’t automatically believe him.

I think Bec is super super insecure. I think she’s done a lot of work on her physical appearance and was in a place where she felt more comfortable.

And then in comes Gia, bringing all of Bec’s insecurities to the surface and Danny isn’t really helping to make her feel attractive and wanted.

And whilst Bec’s behaviour has been crap, she is at least willing to say “yeah, I was shit and I apologise”. At least some accountability. Something Gia isn’t willing to do at all.

And I will say on social media, Bec has been out there apologising left right and centre. She has sat there and taken the flack and owned it. She’s made no excuses for her behaviour and accepted it was shit. She’s avoided the MAFS orchestrated podcasts, and focussed on the ones where she isn’t PR controlled. And has even done lie detector tests. Meanwhile, Gia has avoided any podcasts that may portray her in a negative light and slagged anyone off that dares to call her out on her behaviour.

I agree. I saw her on the after dinner party show and she was completely open and apologetic. At the hen party she was full of confidence but her face and behaviour changed as soon as Gia walked in. Gia noticed it and it’s gone from there. Want to shake Bec cos Gia’s looks would not rattle me. There are far more beautiful women on the show than her. But as you say, it taps into something within her.

On the honeymoon, Bec began to show how insecure and needy she was and Danny picked up on this fragility. I think that he is not scared of her but he is scared of how unstable and fragile she is. He doesn't want to hurt her and seem like the bad guy.

His body language doesn't match what he is saying. He's hanging around for the experience but does he fancy Bec? No, it's too much drama for him.

Soo my half English half Canadian Aussie friend from Kuranda, near cairns now living in Switzerland watches this with her daughter and husband, daughter is 19 or 20 and speaks English. Sadly my friend is out of the loop on all the phrases and does not know if Adelaide girls are all like Alyssa and Bec. Her husband (French Swiss) loves it though! The one who loves it most is the daughter!

Years ago I ran out of mixers for my vodka. So I blended some banana, vanilla ice-cream
and vodka. It was fucking LUSH

Maybe I’ll try putting this in a blender with some vanilla ice-cream and it will finally make it taste good!!

From memory, Gia said to Brook at the dinner table the words Danny said (of himself and Bec as a couple) "I'm good, but outside of the experiment you'd be my type". Danny has been single for 4 years - the clever thing to say would have been what he sees as "his type" doesn't actually work for him. I still don't think he said it.

And as for giving Bec reassurances - Danny has known her 3 (now 4) weeks; the honeymoon she threw a rage at him, suspecting him of looking at another woman. The insistence from Bec at the dinner party that he back her up, that he sit next to her to show a united front, "you have to sit next to me" etc, to the point he said (off camera) "Stop telling me what to do". I don't think there's a bloke out there able to give Bec the support she requires. I watched a bit of the after dinner party show of Bec and her apologies, turned off in disgust at Bec insisting that "it wasn't her / she's a kind person". Nah, it literally was you, pissed and nasty.

I can’t believe this salted caramel vodka is still featuring on the MAFS threads.. It is more famous than the contestants and certainly lasted with Its owner way longer than any of these MAFS relationships.I am sure it’s year two now, it has got to a point now that I will actually be sad to see it get polished off ( if that ever happens because we all know @browneyes77 wont be touching it 🤣🤣🤣)
