Yes, definitely difficult to keep up this week. What a mess all round.

Well, see you all for the final episode of this series in two weeks....sounds a bit like something Trump would say, but we actually mean it Grin

Take care everyone!!

Yes week off and back on 20th. Still really enjoying this

eejittwo · 06/05/2026 22:00

Roll on the 20th. How do they sort all this out?

Rhubarb01 · 20/05/2026 19:52

Evening all, getting ready for the series finale tonight.

Just thought I'd mention that I've been watching series 2 of Criminal Record on Apple and LP has a prominent role playing a cheeky chappie police officer and is gving off a fair few Elvis vibes. Nothing like a bit of surveillance with a headset and ear piece and some smart lines 😁

Evening all!

Ready for the last episode in this series.

Magi84 · 20/05/2026 20:57

Standing by for episode 6

eejittwo · 20/05/2026 20:57

Didn’t know about that series. Thanks for the info. Currently re-watching Musketeers.

Don't have access to Apple TV. LP as a cheeky chappie sounds very appealing.

Ilovelblue · 20/05/2026 21:02

Celia is not reacting very well to the news that Caroline is now a lesbian.

Rhubarb01 · 20/05/2026 21:02

So, Caroline became a bit alternative whilst she was at Oxford it sounds.

Have you ever noticed how much drinking of wine middle class people on TV dramas do? It's almost a cliche these days.

Yes I think the wine glass has replaced the cigarette as an actor’s prop

Indeed

Oh, the repercussions of all those loose words spoken in anger. Must feel like everything's falling apart.

They come home from work and immediately open the fridge to find a bottle of wine. I am more likely to put the kettle on!

Magi84 · 20/05/2026 21:07

What birthday treat that must have been Gillian … shudder

Rhubarb01 · 20/05/2026 21:07

I just can't take John seriously...I just can't not see him as that useless colonel in Bluestone 42 😂

Oh dear....forgot about Gillian and John getting up close and personal.
