gahh it was supposed to end triumphant and Emma has won in past and present. This one makes her look like a fool.
i May just watch hold the dream 1990 to make up for it!

I'm old so I read the book when it first came out. I have very happy memories of the first mini series with Jenny Seagrove.

I absolutely loved this version from beginning to end.

Overall really enjoyed this, can’t remember original but only watched a couple of episodes

would have liked more detail in the future scenes , is Edwin still alive or her brother or Mack for example

where or who are Paula’s parents or Edwin’s grandson’s for that matter
