Did anyone watch the new reality tv tonight, presented by Ben Shepard? Group of people sent to New Zealand to climb a mountain over 14 days.

I felt really bad for Patrick!

And loved how Joel was with Miranda

I don’t understand why Miranda and Tyra signed on for an experience they were physically unfit for?

And Afton because she’s emotionally unfit

I'm watching episode 3 and seeing them climb up this cliff edge and bloody hell it's hard and scary!!

She reminded me of the Catherine Tates Am I Bovvered girl 😂

I don't understand how they warm up after crossing that freezing cold river

Cos it's so cold anyway isn't it

it seems very slow. they seem to take forever to vote someone out.

I don’t understand how some of them passed the medical for it.

Watching episode 4 and bloody hell that crossing when they were going between the two ropes to cross that massive gap

They were working on all the other episodes

They would have to - no mountain takes 14 days to summit. You can get to Everest base camp quicker than that. They are obviously going round in circles a bit to spin the drama out.

I didn’t get how they never make it to base camp yet at no point it says they’re another day behind.
Pour it on to watch but it’s not on tonight!

I think they've put it back to once weekly. Maybe ratings are slipping. I'll still watch it but it's feeling more and more staged. This last episode they climbed up this hill expecting base camp "oh no here's a massive lake, whatever are we going to do" and then all of a sudden, four kayaks popped up out of nowhere. Righto.

That's pretty normal for a Tele show like this

I like Ben Shephard but this is just boring

Had Jenny not done that sort of climbing before? When they were climbing up that vertical bit with the clamps? The others seemed so much better

Not that I'm criticising I couldn't do it!

I can see why they might not trust Dockers

This rope thing at the end looks really hard

I feel compelled to watch, just to see Dockers go home with nothing.

Nah he didn’t. It’s very “ curated” this programme. I love the scenery though
