The Our Girl Addicts Thread 78 Stay focused, we are now watching Downton Abbey

We are about to watch the final episode in the final series of Downton. Our little gang has previoulsy watched all the series of Our Girl, Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers and Spooks. We dipped a toe into Hustle then moved onto Downton which has kept us occupied in the comings and goings of the Crawley family.

Another nice chat between Molly and Qaseem. He's a bit like the Dad she never had.

Molly and Qaseem chat. She finds out what happened to his wife and child.

Poor Qaseem has survivor's guilt. Such a nice man.

The ASF soldier is another comedic figure. Fingers is less than impressed!

Smurf really thinks they are engaged.

Oh the head nod from CJ! Very masterful.

More musing about fate and chance

Oh here comes Smurf and we have all the same gabbling on and once Molly does not properly put him off. She makes it spund as if she is saying the right things but lets the exchange gp on too long. So he thinks all might end eell for him

CJ comes in to see what the chatter is about. Smurf looks questioningly at CJ. Meanwhile the boss is awkwardly trying to make conversation.

CJ has made a decision to open up and tell Molly the truth about his life. He confesses. Ahh...the one kiss we get in the whole series and guess who has seen it?

Red eyes glowing time again....

CJ trying his best and really opening up. Nolly uses his repky of ditto and all seems well. Except Smurf has looked in on the kiss. Proves he still thought he had a chance with Molly.

So now CJ tells Molly he has a son. And there's more to come.............

"I want you to be the last thing I see".

Smurf sees things he wishes he hadn't. It's another time when I think his eyes should glow red. He's about to lose the plot.

Tense moments, the truck is at the bridge checkpoint

CJ gives a moral boosting message before they all head out to the checkpoint.
