Yes I forgot to mention Bea. So far she is rubbish. I liked her at the school reunion but only because I thought the joke was that she is honey’s sort of mirror image.

Just catching up with you all on here.
I think Mick returning, or a Mick heavy storyline is in the offing.
There has been quite a few references to him in the last couple of weeks, and again today.
He's been "dead" since December 2022, I can't remember they've ever celebrated his birthday in the past 3 years.

The other thing that's annoying me is how they keep calling Antnee 'your dad' to Jasmine.
I'm sure you just would say 'Antnee' as he was never a dad to her before
she killed him he died.
I know it's technically correct but just annoying me!

And would they just discharge Nugget without his parents/guardians being present??

Is the flat where Priya, Ravi and the kids are living in the same one where Suki was attacked by the creep Ranveer?

I thought that Priya rushed off to pick up Nugget as Avani had a text to say he was being discharged earlier than they expected?
She then went off to college or somewhere I think. She didn’t hang around to welcome him back.
I don’t recall the flat as Suki’s old one , someone on here said it was Junior’s old place. Gina has moved in with someone else now ( penny?) as she lived there once too. I am confused by all this though plus the front door seems to open out onto a brick wall ! ..
It seems too small for them all really. Plus why doesn’t Priya ask Ravi what he is doing for work ? She seems to just accept he has money , but not where it’s from!
Honey being Honey was funny. She doesn’t want to hang out with Bea too much either by the sounds of it!

I think the Mick references may be part of the producer's modus operandi, I don't think Danny Dyer would return, he's had loads of work. We have never had a mention of Abi's anniversary before as far as I remember? The producer seems fixated on the past.

This container place features a lot for some day time drinking ! It looks cool, but expensive I bet.
The January hang over of no money doesn’t seem to affect them.
I was surprised to see Honey serving in the shop, isn’t she a market inspector though ? Then she could leave that to meet the others !

Storm. Yes, he did! I had forgotten that she went to work in the shop. She did go after Mr Lister’s job and was turned down or something happened , so he asked her to go back!

Who is the market inspector, I don't think we have seen anyone in the role have we? Maybe Max would like the clipboard😮

Yes it’s horrible. Looks like possibly her dad is there too and maybe even a brother , it doesn’t have his last name but he has eyes v similar to ‘Jasmine’

Oh yes! Max would make a great market inspector.
He was job hunting for five minutes, he needs work.

That episode was full of annoying people and terrible writing. And Saint Zoe selflessly pleading guilty to a crime she did not commit. 😇 Jasmine’s acting in those scenes was “well this is slightly awkward” rather than “you’re in jail for a crime I committed”.

At least we got plenty of Oscar.

If only Jasmine would leave. But we know she won’t.

The only episodes I seem to enjoy at the moment are focussed on the Brannings.

Well, it seems that George doesn’t take Billy’s warning via Teddy that seriously as they are together on New Year’s Day. Maybe she does change or too busy with nappies and running the club to be scheming too much.

but one thing that is irking me is how I think this bullying storyline will play out.

the woman Linda bullied will be made to be crazy, like Stella (the shy lawyer that Phil ended up with) who herself was a bullying survivor - she then went on to bully Ben

this character from Linda’s past will go onto bully Ollie and then have a dramatic exit

It’s a sign how crap yesterdays episode was that there’s so few comments here 😀

I don’t think Bea will abuse Ollie - Bea is an eccentric ditzy type and it also wouldn’t fit with the way Ronni Ancona is playing her.

I think the only link with Ollie is that Linda was sensitive to the suggestion that she had bullied Bea, because of what happened with Ollie at school.

It really was a dull episode last night. Even Ravi was dull.

Today’s episode was a bit better. The sleazy but slightly attractive Councillor Barker came back. Also it still feels like Jasmine is heading to sone kind of exit.

Jasmine's exit surely has to be the video being found, and her exit = jail. They aren't going to leave Saint Zoe in jail much longer.

Weird pointless storyline. Find lost child, child is evil, child goes to jail. But if it means no more Jasmine 🙌

Max has got to start a job or a romance of some kind soonish , if only to build up to the end of the year! Unless that’s all for September onwards..
I can’t see Bea as another awful Stella type, but you never know. I did have her down as a Linda stalker type , but it’s hard to know and clearly Honey didn’t want to go out with her again yesterday
The Ben story with Stella was horrible, Ollie seems a sensitive soul , so hopefully they may not do anything like that with him especially as he is being bullied at school. Although that’s all gone quiet.
