I kind of like Bea in a ‘why will she do next’ kind of way but I think they’re playing her a bit too unhinged/ overblown. I loved the first appearance where she seemed like honeys twin, it was funny an now she’s like honey’s dark side but she’s a little bit too slapstick, we already have Kim for the absolute nonsense character which she does well

Ah so he wasn't trying to drown himself, he was enjoying the sensation of being underwater, and then couldn't get out again. That makes a lot more sense.

Phil really dropped the ball there, letting himself get sidetracked by having an angry potato rant.

I feel sorry for Nugget especially as it appears they all conspire to cover up the truth in future episodes. How would you process that information?
Not seen it today yet, but glad Nigel is ok.

I've only watched the first 15 mins, I'll watch the rest a bit later.

Yes they do conspire to keep the truth from Nugget. They have to, to save all their skins. There is a nice speech from Ravi to Nugget though.

Once Nugget does find out he’ll be traumatized:(
Such a horrible storyline for him.

I thought yesterday was Thursday so would have to wait till next week to find out Nigel’s fate, that’s why I thought he was a goner.
Glad to see otherwise as the guilt would have been too much for Phil.

I notice they didn’t show them getting Nigel out of the bath, which would have been verging on impossible even with two of them (he was also bone dry!)

So as I thought, this was about Phil realising he can’t keep Nigel safe, and Nigel is off to the care home. Let’s hope Nige doesn’t knock down any old ladies or staff members.

I still can’t stand Mark. And he’s doing the square root of bugger all to ‘find the grass’.

Poor Patrick praying Raymond doesn’t turn bad like Paul and Antnee! If I was Patrick I would not be writing a eulogy.

Spencer is apparently suicidal because Vicki is getting engaged , ridiculous! And oh look, Shane seems to have panto and needs a break so he’s off to Australia.

I liked Ravi’s speech to Nugget.

I suppose they couldn’t really without showing Nigel’s meat and two veg.

I wonder if Alfie will return with poor (new head?!) Spencer

The last thing this show needs is Spencer, I really hope not! But this producer seems Keen on bringing back characters we never wanted to see again like Antnee and Jake (and Zoe for that matter).

I’m not sure how the Moons can afford for Alfie to jet off to Australia. Especially as they give drinks away every day on the ‘ ouse ‘

Bit bored today with the Nugget and Nigel storylines, although at least Nigel is going to a care home now.
Linda was good with Phil, she is so lovely sometimes.
Bea is an enigma, last week she was paying off the local mean girls to steal and trash the shop , today she looked really relived that Honey and Billy are still speaking to her. Even if Honey will lose her job, but Suki may change her mind with that one, who knows?
So funny that Mark was asking about the car and Ravi is the local ‘ grass ‘ ! Nice car , but you don’t often sort out insurance that fast or any credit checks ( although I suppose it was cash )

It's hard to tell what Bea is supposed to be feeling. I thought she looked a bit hacked off when Honey 'forgave her'. Her acting is only one notch up from Jasmine's!

Poor old Nugget, I think you said he has a seizure next week? In which case he won't be driving that car.

Pity they don’t bring back Jay.

I must be in the minority of not missing Jay at all really. Most of his storylines were around Lexi after Lola died and she seems alright with Callum and looked well yesterday in the bar. It is far fetched he would leave and never return , but they could just say ‘ oh , Lexi is visiting him at half term ‘ and keep him in the loop off screen like that. Or a new head.
They could send Lexi to Phil’s occasionally, he may need some company once Nigel leaves his place for the care home. . I know mark is there , but they clash a lot!

Who works in the pharmacy? Writers are missing a trick not involving this place in storylines, loads of potential.

Yep, the pharmacy and the jewellery shop where Ross bought the ring for Vicki could feature.
The pharmacy could have a dodgy pharmacist giving out anti depressants to a few of them ! Diamond smugglers working underground..could be a few stories around those shops!

I don’t understand why mark is staying with Phil where there’s already 4 adults and not at Sharon’s

Does Vicki still live in Sharons old place ?
Is Ross still with Ian and Harvey and Kathy ?
I do lose track who house is which though

Vicki and Ross are living at Sharon's. It would be the obvious place for Mark to stay but he and Ross can't stand each other. Although I doubt many people would tolerate Mark living with them.

George supposedly lives at Phil's but we never see him there now.

I haven't fully caught up (still got to watch half of Wednesday and all Thursdays )
Bea and Honey in the MinitMart drinking wine .....the CCTV camera was on ..?

I think Bea is going to steal Honeys identity (but not Billy) , she is a wrong 'un . The pressuring Honey to take legal action against the Panesaars ...then Bea will drop Honey like a wasp filled pear "I don't know why she did that ? Why would she want to sue , it was her own daft fault she fell , not Vinnie's "

Then she;ll muscle in, it is no co-incidence Bea and Honey are similar looking . And Honey did pretend to be her in the School Reunion.

I agree she's going to take over Honey's life/identity. Unfortunately, I don't care!

It was already mentioned on here a while back about Oscar and myson getting together and ending up with him and Jasmine in a love triangle. It’s going to happen , according to Facebook today!
I can imagine a few raised eyebrows , not to mention the fact that Jasmine will still be around when it’s obvious nobody likes the character and were hoping she’d be gone for good :(
My only hope is that myson is a decent actor and at least it’ll be Oscar taking on a bigger role, only downside is keeping the dreadful girl twin around !

As for Bea, I was surprised that Billy would be interested in talking to the woman responsible for Honey even contemplating writing that e mail.
I hope Suki doesn’t sack her , but she probably will.

Some realism at Walford general wouldn’t go amiss at times. Considering they are there at least once a month !
Seeing Nigel in a hospital corridor, or a long wait for an ambulance or maybe on a ward with other people being ignored would be closer to the truth than a nice room on his own and his own Doctor who could have a nice chat to the relatives straight away.

Someone on the DS forums spotted the actor (Joshua Vaughan) for the role a couple of months ago. We need to pray he can act!

I don't think Jasmine will be around long. In order for Zoe to get out of jail (which she will) Jasmine will have to be identified as the killer.
