It’s interesting how they fk the traitor reveal. In the Celebrity , Alan’s name always cane last as he was considered the biggest shock. So do they think that Hugo was the most obvious one, Rachel in the middle, and Stephen as the surprise Traitor?

I do wonder what some people think when they sign up to go on this. Jade seemed to take it as some kind of personal attack when it was mentioned that she could be a traitor.

I think the problem is the players are so immersed and believe in it all, I suppose it might be upsetting to be told "you're super suspicious"... Especially if you're fragile little girl in the first place who's used to people going "you're so awesome".

The immersion is so effective they all "mourn the loss" of a player...

I guess you have to be there!

Did anyone spot whether Rachel managed to dab Reece's name on the picture? Otherwise he wouldn't be on the shortlist and they wouldn't be able to murder him at the first opportunity, which would seem to be the best course if action given that he's bound to remember how suspiciously they were behaving!

Maybe but it could also be something like the card death match thing from last year and not up to the traitors to decide in which case Rachel and Stephen are in trouble if he brings it up.

Only if he has time to reveal it or it actually occurs to him to do so. No murder that night, so maybe he'll drum up some support the next day and/or challenge them at the RT later. Or, better still, get Harriet to do it ... 😁

And many games require good social skills/people judgement to succeed, especially those played in teams or as collaborative games. Especially where playing is in virtual teams. I find a lot of the skills are very similar to working in distributed teams where you need to get your head around different working cultures and limited background information. One of my DC scored their first graduate job on the strength of their role in a big MMORPG team.

I think “immature” is a little harsh for Jade although I can see why she comes across that way. To me she seems a very young 25, especially in her reaction to being named as a traitor having joined a game where a core part is people accusing each other of being traitors.

Faraaz by contrast is three years younger and seems much more on top of the gameplay.

Wouldn't it be interesting if the big reveal doesn't happen - in so much as we see the red cloaked traitor arrive at the turret and the reactions of both Rachel & Stephen to who it is but the tv viewer isn't shown who it is ....

Depending on the identity of the ST, Rachel will rapidly drop them in it or team up with them to drop Stephen in it. I suspect Stephen will be toast soon if the ST is someone Rachel can persuade to be a kindred spirit.

Yes... maybe Claudia walk through and like... whispers a name to them and the ST has to somehow communicate the potential victims in plain sight... I dunno. Maybe that would be crap in real life 😂

Loads of people were at the picture though in smaller groups so whilst Reece might be suspicious, there were lots of other groups of 2 & 3 too.

I wonder if they were running with the big dog theory that proved popular on celebrity traitor. How would big dog status play out again?
