I want the list of rules the secret traitor has to abide by. There must be something to go on. Argh. I don't know if I love the new format or hate it. We're all players fumbling around accusing people now! But it does make you more part of it

Roxy will need to try and not be too defensive about Judy's banishment the evening after as otherwise suspicion is very likely to fall on her. I wonder if Sam might turn his attention in her direction now too.

I think the secret traitor adds a twist but one negative against it for me is that I think it adds more production interference. Because I doubt the secret traitor is making a shortlist without an extensive chat with a producer, and I suspect the producer's role isn't just to listen.

It's a bit different with 3 and when we can see their (albeit heavily edited) deliberations.

Having said all the above, I suspect that in previous series the producers effectively gave them a shortlist anyway.

For what it’s worth, I assume the ST will have voted as a sheep and therefore voted for Judy.

Based on handwriting, I do think Fiona is a possibility but very tenuous. I don’t think it’s James because they didn’t show his slate, he was just last to go and so they cut to Judy. Or that was convenient.

On the topic of there being other 'pairs', I think Hugo and Jade are father and daughter. At breakfast they sat next to each other and he pushed her chair in as she sat down and they both looked really natural and at ease in that moment. They both sat in the back of the same car and when Amanda accused Jade of acting suspiciously when she took her blindfold off, Hugo rushed in to defend her. I'm probably way off as I thought Judy was the ST.

Amanda is so 'Detective Chief Inspector' all the time that when she turns round I expect to see POLICE on the back of her top.

I think Hugo is a privately educated man of a background where he would do that for any woman who was sat next to him.

Amanda said her current strategy was to "exude at being a faithful", which I thought was a bit odd to say if you are already a faithful. So maybe her for the ST. Also, she was one of the few people who didn't vote for Judy, but chose Jade instead.

Jade does not seem right for the game. Fine if you don't want to be a traitor, but she seems a bit too jumpy and hyper aware to last any length of time in there.

Her insta feed has photos from her graduation with who I’m guessing are her parents.

This is the other thing about secret relationships. So many people will have parents, siblings, partners all over their social media.

Harriet for Secret Traitor for me. Very little screen time. Very under the radar. Jumped on Judy banishment bandwagon with no reasoning. She’s a crime writer - the producers will not want to waste this.

Disappointed Netty and Judy have gone out first. Both big characters, both very likeable. Would have made it more entertaining if they’d stayed.

Cannot tell all the 20-30 something men apart at all yet.

So far very much enjoying the ST addition. It’s fun to have to do some guesswork of our own.

Is anyone else getting irritated by the weird heavy breathing on the soundtrack, or is it just me?

That would also explain why James isn’t on the list, despite it being in the ST’s best interest to keep the number of confirmed faithfuls small. Roxy was the only person to vote for James IIRC, so wouldn’t want to risk the others murdering him.
