Love this one, it’s the perfect layout for them.

Florencesndzebedee · 28/01/2026 20:46

Meredusoleil · 28/01/2026 20:37

Which area are they in tonight? This second bungalow is also wow! I want to move there now 😁

Lincolnshire I think.

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/01/2026 20:47

Tho would people walk across the fields. I would want a higher fence

Meredusoleil · 28/01/2026 20:48

Figures that it would be up north somewhere with those prices 😯

Florencesndzebedee · 28/01/2026 20:52

The design is great but really not keen on the kitchen decor.

Meredusoleil · 28/01/2026 20:53

Not my cup of tea at all. Don't like the black kitchen units or the wallpaper. The contrast between dark and light is too much imho.

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/01/2026 20:55

Damn. Love it

I really loved the bungalows they showed them. All three were lovely. I’m sorry to say, the decor in their extension was awful. A black kitchen, with green walls and orange and green wallpaper didn’t work for me.

NCTDN · 29/01/2026 22:30

No I thought their kitchen at the end looked cluttered, maybe because of the decor?

Springroll89 · 30/01/2026 14:42

I thought they seemed like a really lovely couple, but yes I felt as though Kirstie was being polite about the wallpaper. At least they didn't go for orange splashbacks in the end! I'd have moved to the second bungalow like a shot.

Fraudornot · 30/01/2026 22:00

Kirstie might of been being polite or often I think these things look better in real life with the natural light than they do on camera. They were a lovely couple and no doubt hit with a lot to deal with for being so young - hats off to them.

Yeah they were such a great couple but I thought it just as well they were loving and not listing 😃

I always think it’s a bad idea to put a busy pattern around a picture window as it distracts from the view.

Catching up with this series, slowly.

Has anyone watched Property Brothers? It came on automatically after I'd watched an episode of LIOLI. It's 2 brothers helping people move house in Canada. One does the Phil role, finding them a new house, while the other fixes up the existing house to improve its sale value. The first series was made in 2012, so it's not very current, but I think I'm hooked!

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/02/2026 21:35

Yes I used to watch them. Twins

ICouldHaveCheckedFirst · 03/02/2026 22:20

That's the ones. I'm clearly way behind the curve.

Youngeryoungsuddenly · 03/02/2026 23:15

Yes, I’ve watched the property brothers. There are some fabulous houses showcased. All the properties are big and most have big gardens.

Smidge001 · 03/02/2026 23:39

I've just watched on catchup, and agree Phil found some lovely bungalows to show them. But i must be going against the grain - i loved the wallpaper! I also liked the green walls and wooden worksurfaces, but didn't like the black units at all. They made the kitchen so dark in contrast to the 'stention'. I really loved the wallpaper though - it was bright and joyful, as I think Kirstie said (now wondering where i could put it in my house!)

The couple seemed lovely, hopefully it'll have a really positive impact on their lives.

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/02/2026 14:32

Episode five tonight,

LISA and Linda‘s top heavy HOME holds a lot of memories

will a complete configuration and rethink give it a second chance or will pastures prevail

Just seen that wallpaper in the fitting rooms of my local Seasalt clothes shop!

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/02/2026 16:39

Is it expensive ?

OP posts:
Meredusoleil · 04/02/2026 20:07

Bloody love this house as it is already...don't think they need to make any changes. Moving to leave the bad memories behind is the only option imho.

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/02/2026 20:12

They want a bigger living /entertainment area

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 04/02/2026 20:12

Obv Kirsty will knock down a wall 😂

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 04/02/2026 20:30

They keep mentioning Isabella’s school

is she a child of one of them ?

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 04/02/2026 20:33

Wow. This 6 bed is nice tho don’t like dining room floor or dark decor

but can be painted
