Lauren and Jowita both do a fantastic job with their partners.

Lauren would have been much better with George.

Particularly when you could've played the ultimate Dead Nan card. I mean Amber produced a live, freezing one but she still never danced at Blackpool. Amature.

Lauren and George would've been great and a really sweet partnership I think. Alexis is the new Ola, where she does the dancing and her partner has a bit part.

I enjoyed George's Salsa, and often I hate them because I don't really think on Strictly they are dances, they are just chucking people about demos. I thought he looked properly happy and up for it.

Apparently Alex's daughter posted on Insta that Alex was dancing with a dislocated rib. Makes sense. That dance was bad.

Danny was dancing with Nancy in rehearsal clips on ITT.

I agree completely Lauren, Amy, dianne or Katya would have got far more out of him by now and showcased him better.
he could still win though he has a huge following.

It really bothers some people when contestants have dance experience, but of course a lot do have dance/stage/performance/acting experience due to their careers . All these things give them an advantage over say a politician or comedian but none of them are professional ballroom dancers. It’s good to have a range of ability and see who improves and who stagnates.

Alex and Balvinder are the weakest at this point. I’d like to see Lewis George Karen in the final although Amber is obviously very good too.

Poor Alex! As if the vertigo wasn't bad enough.

Enjoyed seeing Blackpool lot of childhood memories from the 70s when it was in its heyday.

I like Lewis and Bal but doubt she’ll make the final.

@whataguddle I loved those old films! I was reminded of going to Blackpool in the 60s. We thought the trams and the illuminations were fantastic! Happy days.

I’ve warmed to Julian but not to the new female pro (who embarrassingly I can’t remember the name of). Agree she is very much from the Ola school of pro dancing.

I really enjoyed the show last night. Feel a bit sorry for Alex as I feel she's seemed a bit emotional the last couple of weeks and maybe hasn't performed at her best. Bal counting so obviously was dreadful. Maybe she'll go next week. All my votes went to Karen. I do think having 'proper' music makes a huge difference to a dance. Maybe they should have a week where they all dance to appropriate 'classical' tracks, instead of say, S Club 7, so we can see how much it improves the overall effect of a dance?? In the final, I would like it to be Lewis, Amber and Karen, with Karen winning.

Me too! It was so exciting because normally we didn't go out after dark, but our dad took us to see the illuminations. It seemed so exciting and glamorous! It was the first time I'd had a hotdog and seen candy floss.

I have suggested 'ballroom and latin' as a theme week, proper music, proper costumes, routines with no faffin' about. It would be fantastic.

That's a great idea.
