How did Max know Oscar was there though ?
Too much of Jasmine today , she isn’t a strong enough actress to carry off this part and no chemistry at all with Oscar. Hopefully she’ll be revealed as the baddie and disappear soon. Never to return.
Felt for Kat , she loves Jean , but Jean would try the patience of a saint tbh. Lily needs her more than ever too. I know she isn’t well and it’s complex , but it still sad she can’t step up for her in her hour of need.
Dr Evil , god, he is nasty . I know I’ve criticized Zoe for leaving the babies , but what he has done now is horrible. Plus why tell Chelsea the truth and then lie like this to Kat ? All very odd isn’t it :(
Everyone is so screwed up.

If the charity money was in cash, why didn’t Lauren pay it into a bank first? She paid the scammer via its app , so she is either lying or the cash is still in the safe? I know I’m a bit dim around certain storylines , but this is another mess isn’t it! She must have guessed that Pet ahh would try the safe despite saying not to.
We didn’t see her going go into a bank to pay the money in, but she must have done in order to pay the scam doctor.

It was nice that Zack was so supportive of Sam today.
They make a nice couple : better than him chasing Vicki.

Well, the fire!

Fuck me that was dire - why didnt she just put it out? How on earth were we meant to believe that was life threatening? Seriously, she could have put it out by shouting about her "missing son" and "you done it"

It feels to me as though it’s building up to Dr Angry killing Zoe on Christmas Day.

She is lying - thats the point.

She did bank and pay it to the scammer, but is lying to Petah and all that she still has it

I was a tad confused ( it’s not hard with this soap I know, for me anyway !) where Oscar was at one point as it looked like a row of garages we haven’t seen before. I’m still puzzled how Max knew where Oscar was. That hospital can’t be that big as they often find the person straight away and never get lost or have to ask anyone for directions to the room on their own.
Same room they have for everyone and recently vacated by Cindy.

Chelsea knows the truth though and will probably be involved. She’ll spill the beans just as he attempts to kill her off. Is my guess etc.

Interesting theory. I see in the episode summaries for episodes from Boxing Day until the new year that Zoe and Anthony aren’t mentioned. I wouldn’t mind if he kills her!

If something did happen to Zoe, I am not sure Kat and Alfie’s marriage would survive. Alfie didn’t believe Zoe about the stalking. Kat did believe Zoe but came to blame all the stalking on Jean and her illness, even when she had been told (by Kim) about Dr Angry and his restraining order. Plenty of scope for angry recriminations and self-recriminations.

Could Lauren say the money was in the house, and is now ash?
It was ridiculous how Zoe trapped herself in that room. Also why was Oscar in more peril than Zoe, when she had been in the smokey room longer?
Wouldn't it be more likely that Ant'n'knee would be the one to die? I thought when Zoe returned they said it was a permanent return.

Zoe is not going to die. We are not that lucky. We will have to suffer a lot more Zoe-Jasmine-Antnee angst.

Antnee dying (along with Jasmine !) would be a fantastic outcome to a terrible few months of acting and storylines written on the back of a fag packet out the mini mart.
Myboy will show up eventually, I really hope it’s a good actor who plays him.

Maybe Dr Evil will attack Zoe, but she will be saved by an unexpected hero - her missing son. Secretly invited by Jasmine for a Christmas reunion, he will swoop in to rescue Zoe. “You’re not ma son? YES I AM!!”.

Oh I’m sure that the old line ‘ I am your muvver ‘ will be spoken at some stage. Probably why they have gone down this route to bring back old memories of past stories which people actually cared about.

I think it was Lauren who told Max, she phoned someone as she and JackandJack were heading for the hospital.
He wasn't too fussed about Oscar when Stacey was around eh.

I think the paramedics would have insisted Zoe be taken in hospital for check ups but no, she's standing in the middle of the street - again...

Nice of Lauren to ring her dad! They are sometimes at death’s door and nobody bothers to inform any old relatives who no longer live on the square.
Look at how Bianca was holed up for months and none of her children even bothered with her over Christmas etc.

we all have this prediction that it’ll happen at some stage! .. hopefully as jasmine leaves on the train to go back to wherever she came from.
