Ponders what the Teddy actor may have done to be sacked? ..
The Zoe story has been in circles for so long it’s bored people. Unless the reveal is pretty huge around whose the daddy / stalker I think that most viewers won’t care.

I expect the new producer decided that jumpers didn't fit in ,and that was that
Personally I thought the actor was great and brought the Mitchells to the front again..I took to teddy ,nice and the boys straight away and I felt there was plenty of direction to take the family in ..but sometimes producers made rediculous decisions,just to put their mark on the show ..
Like the producer who killed of pat , because she wanted time of ,or the one who killed of Ronnie and Roxie ..and I never understood why they killed of Martin,he could of held the family together while Stacy left on maternity leave ..

I think Whispering Julie was out of order though.
I'm not a fan of all this throwing punches we've had lately.
And how does Sam look so good, having spent the night on a sofa and wearing the same clothes.
Glad that Phil's come round and helping Sam out.
Oh my god Billy! Was there any need to tell Jumpers about Harry ODing and Nic being pregnant!!! (I was expecting the worse at the scan)
So Jasmine's back.

Yep, the good old women hitting each other thing with no repercussions thing again, it’s bloody awful.

I want Oscar having more fun, not being dragged down by the dreaded Jasmine. Hopefully her story will end this month. But probably not as I’m still predicting a reunion with her and the equally unlikeable Zoe.

It seems Walford is the place to live if you want retrospective planning permission and emergency hospital appointments done in a matter of a phone call or two!

I still think Jasmine is one of Zoe's twins, with the Cindy vendetta being a bit of a red herring.
Nic and George and baby - what could possibly go wrong!

Poor Barney, he would do OK living with Zack. They can bond over Tolkien novels and GoT!

Zoe is super paranoid.
Someone she hasn't seen for presumably years and her first words are to the effect of I know it was you stalking me!

Thats all she does though -
Goes in cafe - do you want a coffee
"you're stalking me"

Goes in the minute mart - do you want some bread
"you're stalking me"

I liked Julie lamping Sam, she deserved it. She’s really horrible. I love the actress that plays Nic, she’s so believable as her. Still sad that Jumpers is leaving, he was a good fit for the Square.

Ringing a hospital for an appointment straight away! Fantasy land.
I’m surprised that Phil had a change of heart , that Julie hit sam and got the money back.
So, the return of jasmine ! .. great 🙄

Nicola has definitely been softened up now. Her and George make a nice couple actually.

At least no Zoe or Jean today.

Sending Teddy to Durham, they really do want us to consign him to the past don’t they! But why is he so het up about ‘my boys’ as if he won’t see them for 20 years. Ben is in Manchester and Lexi has gone to see him.

Sam and Phil’s change of heart because of Nigel’s 'Be Kind' homily was verging on panto. And Phil has a hotline to the hospital who can squeeze her in right now? As bad as the ridiculous council stuff. Elaine had not even applied for permissions so they would not know what to ‘approve’!

The Harry storyline is going round in circles and getting nowhere. I still can't stand Nicola so if they are trying to make her more sympathetic they have not succeeded. At least Teddy injected a dose of reality about her.

Oscar was funny today! I remember him being born !!
I do like his quirky character , he makes me smile.
Agree that people ringing GPs to find out info ( like Dee did ) or finding out about appointments made is farcical.
At least if Phil had said ‘ it’s a private clinic Sam , I’ll pay ’ it would have made a bit more sense , but even so to get an appointment that fast is ridiculous.
I know it’s not real , but maybe some dose of reality wouldn’t go amiss at times. They are using the Sam story as a filler until Max returns for a ‘show down’ with Cindy and L I suppose.

I love the Brian lines too.
E did say yesterday she had ‘ been on the phone all day ‘ so maybe they grew sick of her and agreed to the regulations being signed off! Lol

I can see E and Ian together tbh. Mutual loathing turning to Lurve, although he’d have to find some new clothes first !

H goes after Ravi at new years.
Hopefully Nic will send him to rehab, Ravi will survive and the whole thing will be wrapped up.
Kojo seems to be coping better than anyone and he was once a ‘ drugs mule ‘ :(

It must have been naloxone. It blocks the affects of opioids and enables you to breath if given quickly. The paramedics would have it too.
It is also in the medication used to help people come off opioids so that if you relapse it won’t have the desired affect.

Nicola is definitely one of the better actresses in it and with George they could become a bit of a power couple!

Tonight was the best episode I have seen in ages 👏 Superb acting all round imho. Explosive scenes all going off at the same time. Julie had a strong right hook there!

Nigel's words, George's words, Teddy's words all nearly brought a tear to my eye 😥

What are these strange gay men up to though (1) Tim who seems to be interested in Callum more than Johnny and (2) new guy Lauren was encouraging Oscar to go with?!?

Nicola is very believable isn’t she.
I still can’t see her with a new born, be interesting to see what happens. Although I’ve not read much about her this Christmas in the spoilers tbh.

Tim Nice-but-Dim proved handy for 'E'Laine to get the speediest retrospective planning consents ever! How funny he just happens to work for the council, and in that department!
Oscar's guy was just a bit of fluff I think, before the dreaded Jasmine popped up again.
