I agree she is played well, but she is hard to tolerate when she has been wronged and takes it out on other people.

Bit confused about last night's episode. Is it Jean or not? Did she hide the light box in Tommy's bag, or is it him?

Jean was at her best when she was with Daniel (Ade Edmondson). She was toned down and fairly sympathetic. He was great with her.

@CheekyChickenFucker It was Jean, she chucked the box in his bag. She only did the lights, not the endless parade of other stalkery things.

Two nice lines today. Tommy to Zoe - "I wish I’d never brought you back". So do we Tommy!

Lauren to Cindy, "don’t worry she’ll be back, even dead people come back to Walford".

Jessie must have been relieved to get that scene chucking Zoe out, made a change from going round in stalker circles.

I feel sorry for Lily and Charli :(
Whilst Stacey and her other children are having a new life, Lily is stuck with her old life and looking out for her Nan who is clearly upset with Zoe, but taking it out on other people too. Hard situation to be in.

Daniel and Jean were fab u lous.
Such a shame they killed him off.

Jean said she put the lights box in Tommy’s bag to hide it away. I suppose it was done quickly to try and avoid being found out and she didn’t realize it was his school bag. She said to Lily that she heard someone coming.

I feel sorry for Lily too.

So I still think Antnee is the main stalker, we know he's been brooding over her photos, he snapped when she rejected him, and his wife has a restraining order out.

The only other option is Max, are we going round in endless circles waiting for his return? I'm not saying it would make sense, but the whole thing doesn't make sense to begin with.

I like that they are giving Tommy a nice normal storyline with the play, and Lily is helping him.

Has Zo given up on ‘ her boy’ ? It’s been taken over by this stalker story, but not sure if she wants to find him still?

It's ridiculous isn't it, she has not even mentioned My Boy since the stalking started!

Zo needs to get Antnee on the search for their her boy, he went all PI very quickly to solve the mystery of the origins of Kim's engagement ring!

But doesn't she need to find her boy "right now"?

I thought the same during the Six - imagine they had done something like this at the start of 2020 with aim of doing a reveal later that year. That would have taken some rearranging considering nobody knew what was coming….

Antnee may know where ‘ her boy’ is though?
He may end up tormenting her over it all at some stage and Kat will have to rescue both of them.

Was it Hollyoaks ( or one of those ones) that did a flash forwards and the pandemic messed it up ! ? I read about it on here when they did the six one.

I've just watched tonight's episode. Poor Jean! She really seems heartbroken about Freddie leaving.

I do think it's all Anthony (apart from the lights). That man is acting like a pyscho right now!

I thought Anna played a blinder for her final scenes. Also thought her pink outfit was cute too 😊

I did get a bit upset seeing Anna and Freddie walk off to catch the plane. It seemed a genuine goodbye by the cast.

A backpack to travel to Oz?

80s Hollyoaks did do a flash forward that got mucked up by something. I think they had to recast one of the actors!

Anna did look genuinely upset to be leaving.

I like Freddy it’s a shame he’s gone. Flash forward/ back sounds dire, just have some normal storylines without ghosts or pantomime style villains

It’s all a gimmick now isn’t it messing about with the format! The six went sour , but maybe this one might be a bit better ? I hope so !

I suspect The Six will look like Shakespeare compared with what is coming up!

The soaps seem to be obsessed with flashbacks at the moment. Corrie has done it too, in different ways.

I have enjoyed some of the episodes where they go back in the past with young actors to try and explain someone's character. The one with the Mitchell's was good. Would probably work with a family like the Brannings or looking at Jeans history maybe.

Why is in Eastenders that if you go to university to get a professional qualification you MUST be evil and the longer you've trained, the more psychopathic you are.
