Josh and mum had a bit of time to make up the story about moving to Southend from wherever they are currently and pretend to have nothing in. I suppose they are genuine, but not too many people are on EE and they may think that the Foxes have money.

Josh and his mum are definitely dodgy. They are probably after Anthony's money, even though i don't think he had any. He was a GP They will think he's loaded.
The whole Lauren and Mark thing is moving quickly, she definitely fancies him, and will need his cars abd money for nursery fees.
Why is Jack always involved in Peter and Lauren's financial conversations, he has 3 children, (2 are actually children) Dee's kids and grandson and a toddler granddaughter to look after. He must have a money tree!

Plus, when Josh and the mum said they were moving to Southend Denise and Kim’s faces looked like they’d been told they were moving to Australia but why the concern? They only met them five minutes ago! Getting silly really, all this Zoe’s kids business. I couldn’t care less. The show has gone further down the pan since they brought Zoe back. Not been a success has it unlike the return of Max, who is always value for money

I can only assume that Dee and Kim were upset that they were moving away before Patrick gets a chance to meet up with them. Why is a mystery, he has two g/ children in Scotland that he hasn’t met , yet he could get a train up there with Yolande ! Southend is around an hour and half drive ( if that , on a good day ) or two trains , so easy enough to get to. The trains from Barking to Southend Central are regular as are the ones to southend Victoria on the Liverpool street line. It has good public transport links.
A bit like the Mitchell’s are obsessed with famillyyy, it appears to have rubbed off on to the Foxes. You can’t move further than across the square if your a blood relation , unless your written out of it to go off to Germany / Bali and other far flung places ( more exotic than Southend !)
