I"ll start with Victoria Coren Mitchell, I think she'd be amazing at playing the game and I like her sharp wit

IIRC, there was a study about lying, in which one group of participants watched video clips of conversations and had to work out who was lying. Another group only saw the visuals without sound and another group only heard the audio recordings. The last group actually had the most success in identifying liars.
