It did need to be sharper. But I did enjoy it.

dapsnotplimsolls · 08/11/2025 19:15

I enjoyed that and I'm glad she got to do it.

The show feels really flat tonight.

It started well, though. At least for me.

So how does Motsi know Bal's mum is "soooo proud"? Does she know her?

Edited

An educated guess?

Wolbutter · 08/11/2025 19:15

I loved that Julian was really hyper and more energetic than Bal - distinguished between the 2 characters

Maybe she's a clairvoyant on the side

FuzzyPuffling · 08/11/2025 19:16

An educated guess?

Well yes, but presumptuous to say it, nevertheless.

FrothyCothy · 08/11/2025 19:16

I thought he over danced it which made her look slow - but I like what Motsi said about her bringing a more feminine approach to it, so fair enough.

Bluffinwithmymuffin · 08/11/2025 19:16

I enjoyed it

SquareEyedSue · 08/11/2025 19:16

Bal can’t completely let go. I wonder how you get someone to do that.

uniqlo · 08/11/2025 19:16

Finally some positive comments from Shirley for Bal. Really, really hope it's reflected in her scores.

NowNumber5 · 08/11/2025 19:17

Blue arm hankies 😄

RainbowSnake · 08/11/2025 19:18

I love Nadiya’s dress tonight.

Piggywaspushed · 08/11/2025 19:18

Ermm, not sure perving over Balvinder's brother was an especially well received moment, Claude.

Harvestmoons · 08/11/2025 19:18

I loved Bal tonight

FrothyCothy · 08/11/2025 19:18

“By the way, hello Hari” 🤣 love Claud

EchoedSilence · 08/11/2025 19:18

CC always over marked.

CrushingOnRubies · 08/11/2025 19:18

Weird scoring tonight. But glad it was on the higher end

BogRollBOGOF · 08/11/2025 19:19

Everytime I've tried Banghra dancing, my calf muscles have killed me for 3 days afterwards. It takes so much strength to power the bounce from bare, flat feet.

RainbowSnake · 08/11/2025 19:19

7 was harsh from Craig.

dapsnotplimsolls · 08/11/2025 19:19

Was that overmarked a bit to try and keep her out of the DO?

nomdegrrr1 · 08/11/2025 19:19

I thought Julian came out of that very well, which may not be the point, but it was fun to see.
I really want Balvinder to get some recognition as it was such a great dance and she deserves to be seen.

AnAlpacaForChristmasPleaseSanta · 08/11/2025 19:19

Bluffinwithmymuffin · 08/11/2025 19:16

I enjoyed it

Me too. One of the best dances so far tonight.

EchoedSilence · 08/11/2025 19:19

Hope George is better than last week.

Piggywaspushed · 08/11/2025 19:19

I'm not sure it was as joyful as last year's Bhangra number but it had a nice style and storytelling..
