Yes, Belle’s excitement at finding a tenner when she runs her own business was bizarre.

And what was Lydia planning to do if she had had enough pennies for the tickets? Phone Ticketmaster and say “Oh no, I can’t pay via credit card or Apple Pay - but if you reserve me the tickets, I promise I’ll pop into the office with my biscuit tin”?

Was Emma also mum to Pete, Ross and Finn? If so, she gave birth to all three, then worked as a barmaid, got pregnant, gave baby for adoption, became a nurse? She was a one night stand who slept with Kev and reported him to police for armed robbery?! It's all confusing and messy.

James Barton (dad) brought the boys up. Emma was not present in their lives for a long time as she was an unsuitable mother (she tried to smother Ross as a baby). So she was 'single' with no ties when she had her one night stand with Kev.

But agree it's all a bit messy that she was the one who reported Kev to the police. Does anyone know that much about their one night stands??

Emma was religious as well so would have thought he needed to pay for his crime. She goaded Moira into shoving her off the bridge because to do it herself would be a sin even though she had killed James and Finn (somewhat accidentally). She was just completely bonkers!

Didn’t Emma only get religion after she tried to keep James prisoner? Didn’t she convince herself God wanted her to do it (or some other such nonsense)?

Just in case anyone hasn't noticed, our much anticipated Hospital Thursday actually starts at 8.00pm this week.

Martine Lewis is on at 7.30pm for half an hour with a post Budget special.

Isn't Celia's stick a type of divining stick used for looking for water underground,? Wouldn't it be great if she found a bloody great sinkhole and disappeared into it? She could gradually sink into it like quicksand. That would spruce up Hospital Thursday.👍 We can but hope. 🙏
