Yes after Bear's harrowing story Monday night I was scared we were going to have something horrific for Robert.

Although it says it all when we're all relieved it's just some good old fashioned violence!

I love the M&S one this year as Rhythm is a Dancer is a banging tune from my youth.

He said he had a one night stand with a barmaid called Emma who had the child adopted, was loopy and was then killed.

What I want to know is why was Emma working as a barmaid when she's a qualified nurse. And she was actually a decent nurse considering she was a psycho.

Luckily for Lewsis he didn't take after Kev in looks.

Too mucb of a ridiculous coincidence.

Did not twig at allll that potential link! Did he really say her name was Emma? Did he say the child was born with a disability or am I completely mis remembering?

@PamelaShipman80 Yes he said Emma. No mention of a disability, just that Emma had him put up for adoption.

So presumably Lewis was conceived after yet another Emmerdale one night stand 🙄

It was definitely the name I missed but Kev's speeches are difficult enough at the best of times. 🙄

Personally, I can't wait for him to go and leave the luscious Robert with Aaron where he belongs. ❤️

Aww I love Kev. Can we keep him? He can fall in love with someone else, become a vicar and threaten anyone who looks crooked at Lewis.

There’s a documentary on here about Harry and Meghan which is being narrated by Celia - scary stuff. They better watch out.

I could so see him becoming some kind of reformed character vicar that is still very dodgy 🤣 only in soap land!

Poor Lewis is in for a shock when he discovers who he’s got for a daddy. Presumably Kev will be around for a while to allow that story to unfold. Maybe he’ll invest his cash in the cafe instead of treating Robert.

Sat down with a cuppa at lunch time and turned on tv to find Celia/Jaye Griffiths being interviewed on Loose Women. She was talking about horrendous domestic abuse she suffered years ago in a 5 year relationship. Similar to Belle and Tom storyline.

She was an emotional wreck once she opened up and broke down in tears several times. She encouraged anyone in a similar situation to find the courage to seek help. She’s since rebuilt her life and happily married now .

I completely missed this revelation. Was it muttered by Kev? I miss most of what he says tbh. My poor hard of hearing Dad has given up trying to understand it all bless him.

Who was the lady in prison? I'm relatively new to this having only started watching it when there was the storm.

Also confused by the Liam and Kev thing as I thought Liam ages ago said you're not dying are you? Or was it you're dying aren't you?! Lol. And Robert thinks he is dying and has told Aaron so much and that's why he has to stay with him

Kev will live a long time as long as he keeps taking his meds. Liam is the only person who is aware of this.

The woman in prison was Faith Dingle, mum of Cain, Chas and Caleb. She always had a soft spot for Robert unlike Cain and Chas. Caleb seems to take after her in this regard.

I never heard it either. I will miss it tonight.

We didn't like Kev at the start ,
now we are warming to him , he is starting to have a bromance with the doc ,

And he has a long lost son in the village
, who by coincidence was asking about his father at the start and wanting to know who he might be .

Can't wait for the Kev and Lewis scenes !

Think both actors could bounce off each other very good.

Sorry to be a dissenting voice but I think Kev being Lewis's dad is just beyond ridiculous.
I can't stand either character so not looking forward to more screen time with them.

As a bonus though, we've not seen April for quite a few episodes.

I am looking forward to the revelation !
