Has anyone watched this (UK). I'm dying to...if you have, how? Is it as good as I think it will be?

I am in the US and there is a very active "Pitt" fan group on Threads. Someone referred to it as "Competency Porn" and then in an interview Noah Wyle said the same. We are turned on by people knowing what they are doing and taking charge since our country is such a clusterF%$# right now. Its true.

Also, I have a number of friends who are doctors and nurses in the ER and they all say this is the first TV show to get it right. This is in fact what your typical Er is like in a city right now, right down to the ICE goons arresting a patient there for treatment.
Pray for your American friends. We are not OK! And I have seen all 15 episodes and it is totally worth it. Hang in there with it.
