I think that being a tennis spectator must be quite dangerous what with all the illnesses in the crowds - hope they are OK

Munar has had a good year - I don’t know much about him apart from that he shared a room with Rafa at the Paris Olympics

Maybe Flávio used all of his energy in his last match (and cheering on Matteo) - both doubles partnerships are strong so it would be good if it did go to the doubles

There’s been a local derby here Jane which did not go our way unfortunately (not that I care really except that everyone is grumpy!)

Flavio is playing much better now.

I'm beginning to wonder if 'ill people in the stands' are planted when Italy are losing.
It certainly threw Munar off.

I’ve just had an email to say that I’ve been successful in the LTA Wimbledon ballot! I can try and choose my tickets from 10am on Wednesday - eek!

I’m not really sure which day/court to go for (depending on availability)

I was lucky last year with the weather and saw some good matches on court 3 in the first week at a reasonable price but not sure if I’d prefer to go for centre or no 1 court in case of rain (I also want to avoid Djok if he’s still around - he might be doing his farewell tour which I would definitely want to avoid!)

Congrats on the LTA ballot Fizzy, I hope you get some great tickets. Nothing for me yet, but a friend who entered the ballot at my behest got his tickets this morning for the first time ever and is super excited. I am trying to convince him to take me instead of his wife but so far he hasn't responded to my not-so-subtle hints
