Scottish social media chap ( don't know what proper name is) Ryan Sullivan. Very funny,infectious giggle and drop dead gorgeous.

I’d bring Diane back from the non-celeb series. She was a great interviewer on uncloaked. Judy and Andy Murray, Rob Rinder for extreme camp at the round table, Bob Mortimer for silliness, Maisie Adams, Chris McCausland for comedy. Sarah Lancashire in the national treasure role, Jill Scott & Freddie Flintoff for sport, plus the usual reality TV stars, young musicians and you tubers.

Am I missing something? I've never watched it before and watched the first episode of celebrity traitors, didn't understand what was going on and found it really boring. Do I need to persevere?

And you don't need to persevere if you don't want to. Would you like to carry on watching it? If yes, what do you need explained?

The basic premise is that there are 19 celebrities in a castle. 3 are traitors and the rest are faithfuls. The traitors "murder" the faithfuls and the faithfuls try and work out who the traitors are by banishing them.

In the celebrity version, they're also completing tasks to raise money for a chosen charity. Only the winner/s will get the money.

Think of the viewing figures!

Love Damon Albarn though. He is wily and clever.

The late Paul O’Grady (plus dog) would have been brilliant too.

You don’t need to persevere in anything you’re not enjoying, but it’s not complicated. It’s essentially the game of Mafia or Werewolf, played out in a Scottish castle, with a prize pit of money being built up by everyone working together to complete ‘missions’. In the celebrity version, people are playing for prize money to be donated to a charity of their choice. In the non-celebrity version, the winner or winners keep the prize money.

I think they’ll get some huge names for the next series given how successful this series has been.

I really hope they get a quality cast list again. I read somewhere that JR was advising celebs against doing it (I don’t know why, I feel like it has been great for him?)
