Harry’s dance was awful.

Completely agree that Alexis isn’t showcasing George at all. I was really disappointed for him tonight. I really don’t want him to go but if he’s not got a partner who is going to let him shine then he’s going to be at risk each week anyway.

I couldn’t stop cringing at Alex’s dance, it was awful. What on earth was Strictly thinking? I mean Johannes looked divine….. his amazing but and those arm muscles!!!! But Alex looked so, so uncomfortable and it was just incredibly awkward to watch. Massively, massively over-marked.

Whereas poor Balvinder, who looked stunning and danced beautifully, was hugely under-marked.

I think she’ll be in the dance-off again but she certainly doesn’t deserve to be.

Kai looked like a late Victorian industrialist wearing a prototype set of false teeth.

I'd be perfectly happy if Lewis won.
Though I am also really glad Karen came bang with a bang!

That's younger than my kids! I thought he was 40s, sorry lad. Def got an older vibe going on.

Remember in his first season, only his front teeth were white, everyone on here used to comment on them. The rest of them became white as he became more established (and able to afford it!).

I saw somewhere else recently that he was friends with the Pritchard's and used to do dance classes with them as kids. Did somewhat blow my mind a bit because I always had him as being old enough to be their dad. Soz Kai!

What is thing with needing to play modern songs? Never heard of some of the songs and looking them they were released this year or year before. Harry’s and George’s were examples. Both the music choices were not great.

all the couples are limited in how long they can train for now due to the chaperone system and everything is filmed. They also have no training on a Sunday.
The songs are more modern because strictly is trying to keep a younger audience. In the US, DWS increased the audience share when it was falling by appealing to TikTok etc.

The songs have been modern for years if we don't recognise some of them that is probably on us sadly

He was on celebrity Hunted with Giovanni last year. He seemed a lot less gentlemanly and mature on that. It was awkward viewing as it was aired while all the stuff was breaking about Giovanni.

Lewis was great. Dont mind the odd ringer so the show knows they can survive if the others dont improve. The Anne Widdecombe style is fun but not all night.

I do laugh when they bring out the old line for the rigers tho "oh they havent been ballroom or latin trained".......even funnier now when they say that line to a contempory and street style choice!
