Her dances lack joie de vive, that little extra sparkle, except her Charleston which was good

Kudos to Ellie too - she's made real improvements and thrown herself into every performance.

I also thought soap stars had a regular fan base coming with them to the show. It makes me wonder how much of the support is generated by the pro side of the partnership. I know some pros are incredibly popular, maybe Julian being a newbie isn’t helping.

Sorry. I genuinely think Ellie has been amazing, she's given it her all, never asked for any kind of special treatment, obviously had a blast and her Spice Girls routine last week made me grin from ear to ear.

I just happen to fancy Vito rotten have a soft spot for him.

I was impressed with this last dance, because I thought it was a challenge for her and it was nicely done.
I'm disappointed that she's gone now, really.

I don't think Balvinder Is that good a dancer. She's okay but her dances don't wow me.

Ellies sheer joy at dancing was lovely to see. Plus you could see how hard she worked to get the dances right.

Yes, I was going to say something like this, but I was struggling to word it right. I think the praise has been going to Ellie (rightly so) but/and also because Vito has constantly put Ellie first and made it about her, not him.

I don't watch EE but I think someone has mentioned that her character isn't very nice in it. Wonder if that's what's stopping the fans voting for her.

I've loved watching Ellie and the relationship she has with Vito - what an amazing guy he is!

I'm not a fan of Bal and Julian - they are my least favourite couple and I don't really look forward to seeing their dances unlike all the others - I don't think she comes across very warm and their connection seems a bit disjointed for me. I would be disappointed for any of the other couples to leave but not them. I don't watch soaps so had no idea who she was but I also didn't know Karen, Harry or Lewis and I love all of them.

Did Vito know the result? He was very much talking Ellie through the whole results bit. I wonder if they have him the heads up so he could help her get through it.

Awww just finished watching. Ellie and Vito proper made me cry at the end.

Question: at this point in the competition, whose dances are you rewatching on You Tube? I am only rewatching Lewis and Katya's CC, paso and jive. That tells me everything.

Ellie has been fab to watch, she gave every dance her all and you could clearly see how hard she worked. Vito has been fantastic throughout, so kind, he really put her first and allowed her to shine. I'm sad to see them go.

That was really touching. Vito is brilliant and Ellie has clearly had a ball.

I think it will always have been in his mind. He’s too considerate for it not to have been, he’ll have been thinking about this moment from the get go.

I couldn't love Vito more ❤️ What a lovely man. Ellie was brilliant, made progress and worked very hard. Sad to see them go.

I loved that dance of Ellie's, it was her best! I'm gutted she's gone. What a joy she's been.
