So disappointed that Stefan has left.
I was so forward to him being on Strictly.

Shame about Stefan and Dianne.

Just caught up. There seems to be so.e weirdness between La Voix and Aljaz. I know LV was (rightly) shocked to be going through but twice Alikaz went in for a hug and was denied. Weird.

I feel La Voix felt they didn't deserve the hug .

As in a hug is a celebration.

I don't think LV was celebrating.
I feel they felt embarrassed, but at the same time very grateful.

I wonder how they will deal with being another couple down. Will there just be one couple less/fewer in the finale?

Or might we be able to vote this Saturday but nobody leaves, and the scores are carried over so it’s the total for two weeks that decides which couple goes?

Probably. That's what they've done in the past.

And it's the most annoying thing about someone dropping out - that someone good will miss out on the final.

I would much prefer it if there was a freebie week as a result, with no one going home.

I would just appreciate one week where Balvinder is not in the bottom two, but I expect her to be there with La Voix, and the judges will save La Voix.

LaV wasn't in the DO this week when he was beyond dreadful, so I wouldn't necessarily expect to see him there next week, as he's usually a decent dancer.

I'm afraid Balvinder is likely to be toast though, having been unfairly DO'd twice after good performances.

I think the problem with Balvinder is that her personality isn't coming across, so people forget her among more memorable couples. A good VT and a flashy dance would help this week.

I think her personality is coming across. It's just that she's not a moaner and doesn't have children or a photogenic partner to parade, I think.

I like a quieter personality who gets on with it. I might point out that WOC who were more confident and outspoken got landed in the bottom two every week. Alexandra Burke, Molly Rainford, Fleur East. WOC can't win: be loud and you are an angry black or brown woman. Be quiet and you have no personality.

She did do several flashy dances. Last week was up there on the skirtography. So was her Charleston. What else can she do?

Yeah I think.LV was flustered and maybe a hug was too much, also he has a costume on.and a breast plate hugs might be uncomfortable. I think they have a good partnership and get on well.

Sad for Stefan. His experience of SCD hasn’t been great - illness then injury. Hopefully he’s enjoyed the time he’s had.

La Voix was disappointed, clearly. I’m pleased Chris is taking it seriously tbh, I had no time for the contestants who couldn’t care less in past series because I think it’s a good career opportunity and participants should respect that and be committed. Hopefully this Saturday’s dance will be better for La Voix.

Just to add that George is doing Harry Styles for Icons Week. HS is NOT an Icon! Yes to Alex's Dolly Parton, Jimmy's Prince and La Voix's Cher.

While Cher is undoubtedly an icon, I think it’s a bit obvious to give her to LaV. I can imagine the horror of it already.

This is why when all couples danced one of two dances and swapped the next week it was fairer. Some dances are more difficult than others.

God, it's not a vintage week song-wise is it.
Are they going for a sexy/scandal narrative for Harry and Karen? Does he have a partner/family? Can't remember. Karen's face was a bit 'oh shit' last week when Shirley started shrieking about the chemistry.
