Anyone seen this? I’ve always liked VB and did enjoy this insight into her fashion business but I did find when she was talking about how she nearly lost the business I lost some sympathy. I have no doubt it was stressful but having a millionaire husband to bail you out isn’t the same as what other people deal with when they lose a business and I thought it was a bit tone deaf of her to be sat crying about it when there’s a COL crisis!

Harper is turning out to be a lovely young lady and seemed to have a nice relationship with both V and D.

Yes, i half expected to see a disclaimer in tiny letters at the beginning or end of the programme reading "Advertorial". Maybe there was? 👀

Maybe she wasn’t the best singer but she clearly has a talent for making a brand and money and children and a husband who supports her “career” post spice girls. Isn’t that successful by anyone’s standards?

Agree with the person who said about the pressure to know that your parents have remortgaged their house and also DB bailing her out means she constantly feels like she has to prove herself.
I used to think she was so funny , bubbly and endearing in interviews with David. She now seems a shadow of her former self . Beautiful to look at and her clothing effortlessly understated and elegant . It’s just so perfect though isn’t it all about the ego and control. I felt like she seems very sad and I know in my own life I feel sad , is this what happens to us post 50 ,have we have lost our spark . I do know the fashion industry just seems pretentious to me though. Not what life is really about.

Just watched episode 2 where she talks about her dads drive passed down to her. And to be fair she does seem driven and a grafter. I wonder what she makes of her children though. They seem the opposite of her in that arena. Episode 2 I liked her more - especially her rare honesty in talking about her eating disorder.

She was savaged by the press and it sounds like it has had a huge impact on her - it’s a strange dynamic. Probably she would have been happier out of the limelight all said even though they have enormous wealth (although I did wonder when David talks about the fear when the design label was using money if they aren’t as rich as they make out)

I wonder why Mel B told VB to not forget where she came from.

Not sure about the no talent. She did launch good pop career and has done a lot more than most. Depends on definition…maybe (!?) as for the boring part 💯 concur. Jeez oh. Who would want to be her pal? Judgey… vain… materialistic… humourless (don’t get those that profess she is sooooo funny 🙄)… the giant vagina quip just vulgar… might be my take but being a decoration seems her number 1 priority. Might be stemming from deep routed insecurities but DB not that much of a catch. Not very bright. Not that gracious or (!) faithful. Most women wouldn’t of put him on a pedestal and him saying he can think 💭 of lots of flaws of hers 🙄 thought cheek. She is not my favourite person but least whatever we think she’s a woman who loved her man and held it together.
Still wouldn’t take her to my local pub!

The slow speaking is driving me potty. The poor woman looks so miserable even though she claims she smiles. I'm only on episode 2 so far,perhaps she boots out Beckham and finds happiness again!

She actually looks a bit healthier in this than she did in the Beckham doc, but yes, I agree with poster above ,she's making clothes for anorexics,no wonder she couldn't find any clothes and had to make her own. So sad but not surprising if theatre schools are shoving you in the back because you're fat ( which she never was!)

I remember reading before that all she eats is plain chicken breast and a steamed vegetable. No matter what restaurant she is in, this is what she orders. Seems like a very joyess life. I dont blame David if he's fed up being with someone like that who isn't even able to relax and share in the basic enjoyment of eating a lovely meal

Being that thin as you age isn’t good. You end up looking frail. I found her hard to watch tiny boyish figure swamped in those clothes.

I agree. I have lost a lot of weight when I was older than her and my god, did it age me. (that's my excuse anyway!) Of course I wasn't plumping my face up with fillers like VB but she is far to thin in my opinion. Wearing big clothes doesn't do it... it just looks like a stick insect with big clothes on!

Whatever she does please VB leave that top lip alone!

David speaks so fondly of the old Victoria , it's like there isn't any of her spark left any more. She must be so unhappy, poor soul. My spark would disappear too living with that unfaithful,self absorbed twat.

I agree 100%. She’s a lesson on how tolerating shit from a partner that cuts through your own morals and core values erodes you from the inside out.

Well David was steaming mussels for her in his documentary. I think it's David who eats chicken and VIctoria, fish!
