This is our tenth anniversary of sharing our thoughts on Our Girl series one and have subsequently watched the other three series, followed by Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers, Spooks and Hustle so thought it was time to try something different. To some extent, Mary is right that Henry's job is a really bad fit for her.

The agony aunt turns out to be none other than Spratt!

Good idea to bring on the big guns in the form of Violet to bring Mary into sorting herself out

This bit always gets me when Mary speaks to Matthew again at his grave.

Must be so useful to have all those servants at your disposal so you can arrange a wedding at short notice.

Well, I have enjoyed these series so much. I had forgotten so many of the stories. I feel quite bereft now.

Well there is still episode 9 as it is called on Netflix.

Oh heck, I don't have it on DVD and will need to see if I can get it before next week. Otherwise I might ask if we can delay. In fact, if eejit can't come along, and this will be the very last episode, should we delay anyway?

Happy to delay if that suits everyone, then we can finish the series off together. It's a good episode too.
