For when the first thread is full. I may be watching but won't be posting because I won't have access to a computer and I need the speed of a keyboard to get my opinion out there before I forget what it is.

Do you think Esme guessed Gaynor's curtain dress? They started praising it and then Esme seemed to turn and say it was frumpy.

Gaynor seems happy this week (or the editing is showing her how to usually is).

That is exactly what I thought. She did a complete about turn.

It’s quite a lot to come up with the character and costume. That said Kit is just copying an existing character.

Orla has totally nailed the scary doll. Brilliant sewing.

Caz's is no less scary than Gaynor's.

None of them were horrific and no way was Orla or Kit in anyway, just awful decision.

That was a spectacularly scary outfit from Gaynor. Well done.

I hope Kit wins.

Orla should have been allowed to enjoy winning GOTW alone. Kit's won enough plus he copied something else.

I also thought the Yasmin’s transformation dress should have been a contender. It was stunning.

I agree. I like Kit and what he made was great but it wasn’t original.

I didn't see most of the last challenge because of a dodgy tv signal. I'm glad Gaynor went though. Not before time.

Kit does feel a bit like teacher's pet.

Can someone share Dan's Insta handle? Someone said he'd done a video showing his makes.

Another great episode. The pattern challenge jacket was really interesting , I liked the construction. It's surprising that so many were having trouble with joining the sleeves before bagging out. I'd have thought most of them would've lined a coat before. Must be the pressure of the environment.

Orla's doll was amazing. My favourite m2m so far. So creepy.

I'm sad to see Gaynor go , but it was her time. Out of all of the contestants she is the one I'd go to if I wanted a beautifully sewn made to measure garment. I think she did herself proud on the show.

Scary doll and scarecrow - laughable. We were howling! 😂

One of the scariest films I've seen was Under the Skin with Scarlet Johansson and Gaynor's outfit reminded me of that.

And the whole scary moment of the Birds was the attic.

I was a bit puzzled by the MTM this week - it’s usually all about the fit (for obvious reasons) but then this week Kit’s was shapeless and tied up with string and was GOTW! 🤣

I've got one like it! I'm neither neat nor chic but I was amazed when I realised. It is super comfortable and warm and even better than theirs as it has invisible zip pockets .

I love Kit but his made to measure wasn’t.

I don't understand Esme's obvious preference for Caz.
She doesn't read instructions, her fabric choices are just...odd...and has had a couple of shocking pattern challenges
I really like Orla and Yasmin but I think Kit will win, unless he really messes up next week.

Caz won't win and I doubt very much she'll get into the final.

What a disappointing programme that was. I was so looking forward to movie/film week.

I was thrilled to see Edith Head mentioned...then it went a bit pointless
