For when the first thread is full. I may be watching but won't be posting because I won't have access to a computer and I need the speed of a keyboard to get my opinion out there before I forget what it is.

Bias fills me with fear, even when I'm making a quilt so using quite sturdy fabric. It's so easy to just pull it out of shape and you get a wavy edge.

I’m just going to have a little think about Orla’s dad….

SwedishEdith · 16/09/2025 21:15

They all have cool families (actually, I didn't see Yasmin's) but love the name of Caz's son, Cyrus.

PickAChew · 16/09/2025 21:21

It's a lovely atmosphere in the studio with the 3 of them.

Isn’t it. They all seem to be having fun. The winning is a formality really.

I love Orla’s attitude. She’s so lovely.

What a ridiculous transformation challenge. “Here’s some translucent fabric - make sure you don’t make it fully see through…”

123ZYX · 16/09/2025 21:31

Also the complaints about using brown, when they’re limited to the provided fabric.

CarefulN0w · 16/09/2025 21:35

I’m a bit worried about this. I hope I’m wrong…

WonderfulSmith · 16/09/2025 21:36

It’s odd the way they said that Orla’s sibling in Gaelic speaking. Surely Orla is too given they are chatting.

Maybe the sibling will only speak Gaelic, almost like a political stance?

Ahh. That’s a good point. And possibly some people wouldn’t recognise Gaelic like we might do Welsh people speaking Welsh.

Butteredtoast55 · 16/09/2025 21:44

I thought it was just to explain that the conversation was in Gaelic as Orla has spoken English throughout the series but doesn't need to when talking to her sister.

CarefulN0w · 16/09/2025 21:47

Is it me or does that look like a playboy bunny?

SwedishEdith · 16/09/2025 21:48

Yasmin's looked like a bunny rabbit.

Caz is going to win, I think.

CarefulN0w · 16/09/2025 21:48

Agree, Caz for the win.

WhereAreMyAirpods · 16/09/2025 21:49

Orla's sister looks ridiculous. Caz's is amazing.

CarefulN0w · 16/09/2025 21:50

To be fair, Orla’s is a lot better than I imagined.

hexsnidgett · 16/09/2025 21:50

I don't like any of them.

Halsall · 16/09/2025 21:50

You can still see bits of the colour from straight on with Orla's dress.

SwedishEdith · 16/09/2025 21:50

If you're non-binary, are you still a sister?

WhereAreMyAirpods · 16/09/2025 21:51

SwedishEdith · 16/09/2025 21:50

If you're non-binary, are you still a sister?

Of course you are. You are male or female.

swampwitch0 · 16/09/2025 21:52

Caz, I think, even though she was last in the PC

SwedishEdith · 16/09/2025 21:52

hexsnidgett · 16/09/2025 21:50

I don't like any of them.

Me neither. I don't like the concept of trompe l'oeil for a dress.

HeadNorth · 16/09/2025 21:52

I think Caz should win, but I really warmed to Orla (& her sister) in the final - such fun and energy

Butteredtoast55 · 16/09/2025 21:53

I'd love it to be Orla but think it'll be Caz
