Why would John keep giving Mack antibiotics if he wants him dead? I know he’s buggered off and left him, but I suspect he’ll find a reason to pop back with some more drugs he’s managed to obtain from god knows where- I can’t imagine a country doctor’s surgery would hold much of a drug inventory of injectable antibiotics- do they?
