Taylor might be the highest ranked doubles player - but she has never won a mixed doubles title. Which they seem to think she has.

I didn’t see much of the Mixed Doubles as I went to the cinema - Materialists should have a special warning - there’s a scene featuring people singing ‘Sweet Caroline’ - there’s no escape!

I was just score watching at first so really didn’t understand the scoring but I think that I do now (although not really sure about the sudden death tiebreak thingy!)

I’m still annoyed that the real mixed doubles players have been shafted so I hope that Errani & Vavassori win the whole thing - although Danielle Collins seemed to be taking it all quite seriously

I’m also cross that I missed seeing Lore twice! I’ve not seen much of him recently (as he keeps losing in the first round of tournaments!)
