Why is Jasmine so obsessed with Cindy though ?
She hasn’t had any scenes with Zoe.

It really can't be Jasmine surely? She has made no shady connections with any of the Slaters at all. I think she is something to do with Cindy but I don't know what. The crime link seems thin even for EE and she can't have another child!

I'm thinking she's somehow involved with the woman Cindy grassed up in prison. But I remember hardly anything about that.

I think they're directing us towards Cindy to put us off the scent. It's too obvious and simple an answer. It's a red herring. As I recall we saw pictures of babies but not physical evidence of which one died and which didn't. I don't know if Zoe's lying about it for some reason (let's face it, it does come naturally to her), has forgotten or just got it wrong about which one died but there's definitely something fishy going on - why was she so sketchy about the date of birth when the investigator asked? That should have been a very easy, straightforward answer. Whatever is going on it's not what she's saying it is so Jasmine = daughter is my theory. Or trans son as someone else suggested. The trans idea could work, I can't remember EE doing that storyline yet so they're way behind Emmerdale at least.

They have done a woman to man trans story line with a relative of Stacey slater. He was called Kyle and was a chef whose signature dish was ‘ duck lasagna’ !

Most of the prison stuff with Cindy was done away from the square. They wrote Cindy out as having died in child birth having Cindy junior. Obviously she was in witness protection!

I think Zoe’s being sketchy with dates as Kat may figure out who the real dad is. I still don’t think the baby looked mixed race but the dad is still someone we know.

Zoe never stuck around to find out if her baby actually died so we presumed the baby was dead as it was taken away but we didn’t actually see her die. The boy survived. I think they both did.

Lots of people thinking okie is the son online which is laughable because he is not mixed race. More likely to be jasmine and used to be a boy. I still think jasmine is just connected to Cindy though. Before she said her family were gangsters and trouble and now she’s saying she has to pay for what she’s done?

Jasmine did get that card though in hospital, something about her needing to get the job done- so someone is wanting her to do something, its not just a personal quest

I so don’t. As I said before, the kid is a good actress and she melted my heart when Lola was dying but I do wish they’d stop putting her up front and centre in all their decisions. They’re letting her rule the roost and no good ever comes of that
