Jay must be doing well to be able to give Lauren her commission straight away , same day.
I’ve never had a car sale go through within hours , it’s always a day or so to get the paperwork together and sort out some insurance, yet she did it right away and the money was there too without anyone waiting for the money to clear.

I don’t think he’s playing Oscar as cheeky at all. He can’t act to save his life. I feel sorry for those that have scenes with him. Completely miscast.

I like Elaine and Cindy together, the banter is good and she looks at home in a bar where they have a mixture of diverse personalities rather than just the Vic crowd.
I liked her ‘ can I think about it ? .. yes’ answer !
E is a force of nature isn’t she, hard to dislike yet abrasive too !

They were a good double act.

I think the actors playing Joel and Oscar are good. No doubt that Max Murray and Pierre Moullier are actors to look out for.

Eta I can see both of them in an Agatha Christie adaptation.

Has Howie always been such a shit?

Howie was a bit of a fraudster at the start when he took on Vincent’s identity and Kim saw that he had his wallet.
Since getting together with her and Denzil appearing he has mostly been the good guy and a bit part mostly.
He explained away how he found the wallet etc and not done anything bad , until now that is!
So clearly has a darker side and spurred on by the lack of cash and Kim complaining about him not providing etc.

I don’t mind Oscar , but I felt sorry for Partick and that was low trying to steal the money. I think that Lauren should not have covered up for him , but now they are in an even deeper mess and poor Patrick is suffering too.

I hope there is going to be a decent conclusion to the Joel storyline. Had me wondering last night, what could you actually do as the parent in that situation? Clearly Ross needs to stop trying to be his best mate and actually parent, but if you found yourself with a teen boy like this what could you actually do? Have him arrested?

I think that they should have reported him for the attack on the girl on the tube. I know that Tommy was involved too , but paying her off as Vicki did means that they were complicit with his actions. They just want it to go away. Washing the old laptop was almost symbolic in a way, washing away his guilt, but it hasn’t worked at all! He is a bad as ever.

I didn’t get the impression that Vicki has been with them for long , maybe a year or so but not sure.
