So the rich family say they don't drink alcohol but they were shown drinking wine on their balcony.

Also they're annoying me already, "they might think we're snobs", nope just irritatingly up your own backside!

I preferred it when they went alone.

The rich man reminded Dh and I of a kind of US evangelical type and I didn’t see his wife eat anything much! Nice enough people, but earning that much money a week was insane ! Nice of them to pay for a holiday though and their daughter seemed really lovely.
I did feel sorry for her without a hairdryer, but even ones in posh hotels are usually not that great so surprised she didn’t take one to lancashire!

Sushi is horrible , I wouldn’t even pay 15 for it in Waitrose , but my dh and sons love it.
Osyters I’ve never tried, look awful,
Rather spend on a decent roast and some afters , save a lot out of 420 pounds.

I don’t mind salmon and veggie sushi. Quite like the aldi one

but oysters no way !

To be fair I’ve never actually tried Oysters!
They just look awful but I’m told they are nice ..

Was it different before that the couples went on holiday separately and not together, or am I getting confused with ‘Holiday swap ? ‘ ..
I haven’t watched any of shows religiously, but I don’t recall them all going away on each others breaks.
Not that it matters, but I feel they would be more candid if they wasn’t all together.
