This is our tenth anniversary of sharing our thoughts on Our Girl series one and have subsequently watched the other three series, followed by Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers, Spooks and Hustle so thought it was time to try something different. Please join us and share your thoughts if you have ever been a fan of Downton Abbey. We are currently on series four, episode eight.

Indeed, one more episode and we'll be onto series 6. Time is rolling by, but Downton is so easy and there's always so much to talk about even if some of it is a bit daft.

Though, if I had been Lord G, I’d have taken Isis to the vet a couple of episodes ago.
Do they change the opening titles once she goes to the dog basket in the sky?

It's not quite like an episode of Spooks where they have to keep removing the dead agents from the title sequence....fairly often! No, Isis will be immortalised in the opening credits.

Sorry I was AWOL last Wednesday. Bit of a medical emergency chez nous but thankfully all fully operational again so hope to be with you on the 8th. Notice you are saying episode 8 finishes this series but on Netflix they have a 9th episode which is one of the long ones (1hr 37 mins) so will we be watching that, and if so would it be possible to make it an 8.30 start?

I think your episode 9 is one of the Christmas specials and I had to Google it to find out which one - it's called "A Moorland Holiday". 8.30 start is ok by me.
