About to watch last nights - sat 12th July Episode e4

Wasn't Dylan there as a senior doctor/consultant and didn't he treat Cassie in A&E?

No idea why Siobhan was there but maybe she sits on the panel along with Dylan who make those decisions. I'm sure it can't just be one doctor who makes that decision so it goes to a board/panel of independent medical professionals.

I got the impression that they were trying to show the ED as a 'family' and as Cassie was living with Nicole they treated her as extended 'family'.

Is it because the girl was ' alone ' in the world, until her birth mum turned up.

Was she the girl that was leaving foster care / fosterer Mum died / her new place wasn't available / she wasn't of age until the next day and the nursing staff etc. found her a bed so she had somewhere to sleep that night and she may have even ' celebrated ' her birthday in the hospital tho I might be making that bit up.

Yes, that was her - her (and Nicole's former) foster mum died in A&E a couple of days before her 18th birthday, so she sort of camped out in the hospital because she was too young for them to let her go and Nicole wouldn't take her at that point.

I'm glad you've confirmed that @spiderlight because I thought Nicole was horrible to not take her in.

poor Nicole. I did wonder why her mum didn’t try and find her or did she and that’s how Nicole got her address as was on file

so we know Flynn secret - well done who came a child

im guessing wife clare did forgive as they had 2 more kids what 4/5ys later as he died in 2011 so 14yrs ago and guessing his eldest is 9/10

sure years ago Ngozi came over alone and her son was still in Nigeria and earning money

but also as she couldn’t stay there and be true to herself

sad that even in these currrnt times sexuality is still forbidden in some countries

Was Nicole’s mother not still living in the same house, the childhood flashbacks seemed to suggest so.

He's an undercover policeman who has infiltrated the drug gang, but someone was stabbed because of him (came in with a knife in his chest and moved to get to him because Ngozi let slip that he was a policeman, and bled out - I think their mate has also been stabbed and died?) and that seems to have tipped him into addiction himself/potentially blowing the whole undercover operation.

Yes the flashbacks were definitely saying it was still the same house

Haven't watched today's yet but something that bugged me about last week's episode was that if nicoles mum lived in the same house as implied by the flashbacks and also as she knew where the bathroom was, why didn't Nicole know the address? Was she too young to remember? She didn't look that young in the flashbacks but then Nicole said "toddler" I think, so it's a bit confusing.

Also has anyone noticed the last few weeks something wrong with Nicole's ( or the actor) eye lid, just one of them looks not right recently like really dry? Random I know!

I think it's just all a continuity mistake

And no I haven't noticed anything about her eyelid

She was put into care aged about 10 I thought, so old enough to know an address but may have expected her to have moved.

And strange how none of this past history came put when she was pg as a surrogate,

I noticed the eyelid, it was strangely wrinkled up to her eyebrow, but looked fairly normal in subsequent shots.

Well I certainly wasn't expecting Ian to do as he was told when they were entering that building. Was expecting him to disobey orders, overcome the baddie and save the world!

I can remember the house we lived in for just one year when I was in reception, also the one we then moved into for about six months and the next one where we lived for 3 years. It’s the routes to school I particularly remember, and the street names.

I don’t have a particularly good memory.

I really hate the casualty breaks, it’s one of my favourite shows.

are we going to end on an Iain and faith relationship cliffhanger? Is ngozi going to actually leave? Are the youngsters going to actually get it together?

Iain and Stevie are so much better suited the Iain and Faith .

She was so nice and calm when talking about his mum .

At one point I thought they were going to end up snogging in the ambulance.....

What exactly was Stevie pestering Iain about though? She kept saying things along the lines of, "Have you spoke to Faith yet, it's been a week now!" - and I had absolutely no idea what she was talking about? What does she want Iain to speak to Faith about? I think I must have missed something from a previous episode.

From what I can understand about Iain and Faith..
Is that he is not taking to her.

He has not told her he is offering to do shifts on HART as opposed to them needing him as an emergency.

Also..he has not told her his mum died ..a week ago give or take.

They are drifting apart....
