Carrying a suitcase that’s clearly empty.

Never saying goodbye on the phone or actually telling the other person what time you plan to meet, or even where.

When the police officer or whoever knocks on the front door and it's opened immediately. No waiting for the person inside to walk from the kitchen or down the stairs.

Sex with zero foreplay.

Surgeons not wearing eye protection

Being unable to hear a conversation two feet away because you are in the living area of the open plan space and the talkers are in the kitchen area.

Oh and everyone who ever carries a coffee cup - they always tip it or swish it around too much!

Calling 999 and the ambulance/police arriving immediately.

Oh this! This is the most annoying one.

The emoty suitcase is the one that always gets me! Then there's immaculate make-up on someone who's apparently just woken up, and not so much as a smudge of mascara on the pillow.

Leaving a job without working a notice period. Casualty is the worst offender for this.

There’s never any evidence of laundry - annoying washing machine noise, stuff on airers, clothes to put away etc

Also the breakfast scenes. Big buffets styles with juice AND coffee. They have a bite and run. I remember this from Breaking Bad, no way was Skyler that bothered to make those breakfasts.

When someone moves out of their accommodation, eg because they are leaving their spouse/girlfriend/whatever, it takes them about 3 minutes to pack ALL their belongings…… and everything fits in a TINY suitcase or even a carpetbag…

City streets completely devoid of parked cars, enabling seamless parking up right outside the door of the building.

Also in soaps, where mortal enemy bad guys just happen to have each others'numbers stored in their mobiles.
