Oh dear, Saffy's isn't going well.

Checking in, I forgot it was restarting and dilly-dallied home from work and missed the first ten minutes!

Why didn't they take out the visible gathering stitches? I usually sew my seam between the two lines of gathering stitches and then just pull out the visible stitches.

After the first challenge it seems quite promising. At least they all look to be able to sew.

Circular skirts are not unwanted items in 2025. I bet they have been made specially

That was a good start - it looks like the timing was reasonable as nearly everyone finished completely in good time. I hated last season when no one managed to finish the tasks.
I always think the contestants seem lovely and this season they are all delightful, as ever.

I always just do 1 row of gathering stitches at 3/8. I used to do 2 but it took longer led to me having visible gather stitches I had to unpick and 1 row does good results
