I watched episode 9 last night on Amazon prime and thought it was the final one … apparently not! Looking forward to the actual final one next week…

It was on sat night. Then ch 4 changed to Sunday

I have had a massive binge watch to catch up today.

I do not think Aunt Lydia would have known about Jezebels, and while such things tend to get known about without officially being known about, I don't think she'd have been waltzing in there with cookies, not even to check Janine was okay. And yet that seemed to be all she was worried about, not that a brothel for the commanders made the whole regime hypocritical, as they're clearly not as more and godly as they claim.

And also, happily quoting Austen, when they're not meant to read at all. I know it could have been a reflection of things changing, but they still seemed a bit relaxed about it.

I watched it a few weeks ago - not very high quality so going to watch it again tonight.

In S5, AL wanted to be an active Aunt again and went to Lawrence with dirt on other Commanders. I don't know if she knew about Jezebels or just about stuff that happened with Handmaids.

Hope you don't mind me being here. I watched at US pace, but I'm loving seeing what you all think.

Great song choice. Made me want to punch the air for those handmaid's. I saw it yesterday but DP interrupted to tell me his plans for reorganising the garage (!?!?!?!?) right at a crucial moment. I thought about putting him on the wall for committing such a sin but decided it would be much less effort just to rewatch tonight with no interruptions.
