I didn’t mind Mick, but I think he had a few ‘ falling out arguments ‘ with various people and admitted that the last producer didn’t like the Carters. He didn’t want to have an affair , but they made him hook up with Janine .. Treated a bit rubbish , but they didn’t kill him off completely so who knows?

DD won't be back, the new producer likes the Carters so little that they are now out of the Vic! There would be no role for Mick.

But I agree it is very weird to send Linda on a cruise while Mick's sleeping with the fishes. It's hard to think of much that isn't weird in Walford nowadays!

It has been strange hasn’t it. I feel a holiday for Linda and the kids/ Johnny , but maybe not on the water!.. good point there shelling! lol
The whole fake lottery win then it was money via Martin the way Kat took over the pub within days , the Alfie / Zoe thing is complete rubbish. Now Suki wants to bring up a baby and she hasn’t even asked Eve or the grand parents! It’s all a bit bizarre and things that wouldn’t happen in real life ( or maybe not as quickly anyway)

I hope they insert a bit tomorrow about the England win tonight!

Linda could get a job on the cruise ship ? Or she could fall in love with the Captain !
(Though on any cruises I have been on, if any members of crew get off with a passenger it's a disciplinary offence )

Sausage might go ashore at insert random country and be offered a job (yes.of course his legal qualifications will work in whatever country )

Imagine Callum's fad little face when he asks Elaine about Johnny and she says "He's staying on in Gibraltar love , met an amazing Lawyer on the cruise with his own practice there and he's moved in "

Love the idea of Johnny meeting a flash lawyer on the singles cruise and staying with them instead. Better than going back to grey old Walford and miserable people!

If Ben does return i really hope they aren't planning on doing a throuple storyline to make the Callum and Johnny thing okay. Anything is possible with this new producer though.

I can't see it going well if Ben finds out about Johnny. He's been fighting other prisoners in the US so he hasn't got any more .... easy going!

I read that Ben returns with a woman ! probably fake news , but would mean Phil looking even more of a hypocrite about Johnny n Callum.

Today’s one wasn’t great.
Poor Kojo and H using his place to store drugs and Nicola is after George, just as we all predicted a while back! She couldn’t make it more obvious.
Barney was sweet though, I do like him.

Barney and Avani have grown on me. They are really being very sensible and grown up. I love the way she is dealing with Sukis ridiculous idea re the baby.

Kat never knows where her phone is? As if.
Alfie’s lies, immediately after the endlessly repeated ‘no more lies’.
Suki’s madcap baby scheme.
At least Avani has brains (well she does in this episode anyway).

Barvani are so much more mature than all the adults put together!
At least they can have a conversation without screaming at each other.

They must have edited in the conversation about the football after I watched it earlier on ( either that or I wasn’t paying attention lol )

I watched at about 5:30 ish
that is so bad that they edited in after releasing on iPlayer!

I watched at 7.30 and there was a very weird conversation at the bap van with Peter and Eve which I realised must involve the names of England players (I have no interest in football!)

It was the oddest conversation

I’ll have to watch today’s one again tomorrow to hear the footie talk!
Did Kat not listen to Alfies confession ? I admit I lost the plot there a bit !
why is Stacey not working on the stall ? She seems to be sat in the pub now all the time ..

80s Kat kept starting to listen to the message and getting 'interrupted', then Oscar sped past on a bike (whose bike?) and nicked it. That 'boys on bikes' crime was really common in London about 15/20 years ago, I don't live in London any more so not sure that it still happens.

At least Peter did chuck Oscar out, which is something. I can't remember if he had the phone with him? I don't think so, it's still in his room and Lauren will find it.
