He was a bit boring, but I can't help but feel sad
Mick's wife Lou left him, can't blame her quite frankly
He's abusive and repugnant inside and out, and quite manky

Mick wants to see Kit as he knows he slept with Lou
He's got Bernie now, but what is he going to to do?
Mick's nasty little son is out of the STC
Will he be as bad as Mick, I guess we'll have to wait and see

Debbie's quite ill, she's dumped Ronnie and he's very sad
Kevin's still battling cancer, and he's getting quite bad
Glenda's the new landady of the pub now, and Jenny and Daisy are gone
And Julie has died very suddenly, I hoped she'd go on and on.

(I'm sure there's some more things going on right now, but I've only just woken up after a rough night's sleep.) 😆

There are very few characters or actors worthy of praise imo. Bernie and Debbie should be teaching some of the others how it's done. Steve McDonald is a joke. Face pulling and acting like a clown. It's almost embarrassing.

I hate what they are doing with Debbie, but she has been amazing so far. The sooner Peter comes back the better, and kicks Lisa out.(Don't bring R Si, he'd fall in love with Betsy).

He used to be a great character, back when Lloyd was in the show they had a genuine friendship with wit and banter. When Lloyd left they replaced that schoolboyish squabbles with Tim and tedious hen pecked husband rubbish. Plus, Steve always used to be quite sharp, now he is competing with Kirk to be the village idiot.

Not sure if Peter will be back. Would love to see him though 😍. No idea if he still has a door key but imagine he makes a surprise return and opens the bedroom door only to find some vigorous ponytail stroking going on 😁😁😁😁
It may depend on how well the actor is doing in his work elsewhere. They sometimes show up again if nothing better is offered.

I've pondered before about Ken. If he'd left Corrie years ago would his "acting skills" have got him other roles? I've always thought his acting was awful.

Yeah I agree somewhat. I don't like what they've turned Steve into. A silly, bumbling old man - even though he's only 51! Not gonna lie I thought he was more like 58. He hasn't aged well. 👀

I LOVED Lloyd (I really like Craig Charles too,) and did enjoy Steve and Lloyd together.

What happened to Debbie going missing from the Hospital and taking the car keys. ! That was brushed over.

Maybe she was involved in a hit and run witnessed by the girlies? Oh no!

Debbie has to be involved in all the shenanigans, otherwise they'd not have made a big point of her being told not to drive, and disregarding that.

With Maria getting more frantic about not being able to contact Gary, it isn't much of a leap to assume that the two things are connected. My assumption is that Debbie has hit Gary, either during a TIA and she's unaware of what she's done, or she knows and has run away to hide (did she say the police arrested her for causing a disturbance in an ice cream shop, or something)

Did anyone else hear someone mention a cricket ball in Monday's eposide? I'm convinced I heard that, but my friend said she didn't. But she's also convinced that Betsy's mum is Steve McDonalds ex wife, Becky, so I don't put much faith in her 😂

Funny to see Carla turning up in Classic Corrie today. Sounds very different to the Carla of modern Corrie.

I would have thought the hospital would have taken blood when Lauren was brought in and that the drugs would have shown up then. They always take blood.

I think she’s hit someone with her car (another car accident), possibly Gary and it’s him who Summer and Nina saw and didn’t help. Dreadful episodes at the moment. As others have said, they’ve given characters a complete personality transplant. Also are we meant to now like Brody? We’ve just had that with Mason and he died. Hopefully not continuing with deaths next week. We are just on repeat with Corrie.

I have just read this on Facebook. Made me laugh.

It was a bit difficult to see what was happening cos the producers cut the lighting down to just one candle but I think the gist was:

• Aadi holds an impromptu mid-week

party - during the day. Forgets he’s supposed to be smart and decides to experiment with a drug despite having no idea what it is.

• Lauren has the weirdest hair style and

forgets she has a baby.

• The animated Summer forgets she's

supposed to be intelligent and also forgets she’s diabetic.

• Brody, forgets he has no money,

manages to get some LSD but forgets to take it with him when he’s kicked out.

• Carla forgets to lock the factory.
• It’s still daylight as Brian & Steve are

casually walking down the street but minutes later the café is closed and in darkness when Summer and Nina turn up having witnessed something and Summer forgets she’s drunk as she comforts a traumatised Nina who’s forgotten that she’s not a teenager.

• And Bernie takes it upon herself to tell

Brody that Kit is his dad cos she’s forgotten it’s not her call.

• And the writers have forgotten that

the viewer aren’t stupid Have I missed anything? After all that I think the ‘Best Soap Actor” award goes to the wheelie bin with the goggely eyes that kept turning up.

I thought that as well, but when Summer and Nina were retracing their steps, they ended up at the "baby wizzard" graffiti, which looked to be in a back alley somewhere. Was that behind the factory? I couldn't make it out

But if Debbie had hit someone with her car, then it didn't look like a potential location. Unless the person wasn't dead or knocked out and tried to make their way to get help? But a back alley wouldn't be somewhere you'd go for help? Unless they were just very disorientated, I suppose.

But Nina and Summer kept saying ". . . then we're in the clear ", which would suggest that they actually did something, rather than just witness something and not report it? Neither of them seemed to have any blood on them.

I find it unbelievable, given what happened to Seb, that Nina would just leave someone for dead, and not at the very least call 999 anonymously

Hopefully we'll get some answers tonight.
