Tye thing with Ryan and the rudeness about his house completely overlooks the fact that Waqui was in a house share whereas he’s the one that’s managed to get himself a mortgage and buy his own home.
Plus, the fact that Clunt can only afford his McMansion because he’s in Tazzy, and that he’d have something much more modest in Sydney, or be stuck out in the suburbs with Ryan!

I think the point she deflated like a no good balloon was when Awhina stomped over to have it out with her, and Adrian followed and sat with Awhina looking like the loyal husband. It was A&A sitting together, facing Sierah. I think that pissed right on her chips.

Then even when she blabbed about what Awhina had said, I think the fact that Adrian was hurt by it was the final nail for Sierah (instead of perhaps joining her side and enjoying making Awhina squirm).
