Dave got the ick when Jamie was pulled up by the experts and was worried that she’s no longer a fan favourite. He’s there for fame and fortune as much as the rest of them

I didn't find Jeff's laughing cruel and he indulged Jacqui when she was there. He was , I reckon, just disbelieving and out of ideas re how to advise them.

After many weeks' exposure to Jacqui, I think I've started to tune into her bonkers logic at times. Both she and Ryan just have quite a unique outlook. Not sure that it's always positive but it is quite interesting.

Has anyone else noticed Dave's shirts are considerably lower cut around Veronica than Jamie? Tart.

Teejay and Beth are both strikingly attractive but neither are sexy. I can see why any little personality discord (he loves harmony and she's scrappy) has led to the friendzone.

Paul was horrendous.

Dave pouts when he's challenged and he has the appearance of a spoiled child when he does that. So unattractive.

I think Dave checked out after V said he was her type. The coldness was awful to see. Reminded me of exh after his head was turned.

I’m liking Jeff. It was so funny when he sang that little ‘Rhi is home’ song and then realised he was being filmed 😄 It’s nice how he’s appreciating her without complaining about her/trying to change her as so many of the others are doing (with good reason in many cases, tbf!)

I never thought I’d find myself empathising with Eliot, but he’s coming across a lot better now and I’m feeling sorry for him, Veronica is being absolutely vile for the weirdest of reasons. I think how she’s treating him qualifies as emotional abuse tbh. I did like her dress at the dinner party though. 😄

I do think that with several of the marriages we are not being told the full story. Some of what’s being said and done just makes no sense, there’s a real feeling of missing context. I’m another one wondering if something’s happened between Dave and Veronica as they both came out of the swap acting like such arses.

I liked Jamie and I still do. I was disappointed by her behaviour with regards to Rhi and Carina.

However, I do think it was the 'L' word not her 'bad behaviour' that has freaked out Dave.

I wonder how many of these conversations are recreations of previous private ones. I watch Made in Chelsea (anyone else?) and they are real people in real relationships but having conversations for the cameras.

Isn't Dave the one whose dad is seriously unwell I seem to remember that in wedding date speeches. I think he has a panic attack the speed of it all too

Thank you for the new thread, just caught up. Dave definitely checked out after his 3 days with Veruca. Paul is still a bigger arsehole though - all that lurking while Carina was trying to talk to Awhina. Rhi and Jeff are Just. So. Dull.

This isn’t a spoiler but I saw a clip of Adrian being interviewed on Instagram (the ixperiment has now ended in Aus) and they asked him about the subtitles and mumbling. He said when it aired he got texts from loads from other cast members and staff to express their surprise as they never once struggled to understand him apparently. It’s the Sydney suburb he’s from, he says, and people are used to people talking like him. Weird that his sisters don’t speak like he does.
