I don’t think it’s the loudness and the drama. It’s just too much too soon- she doesn’t hold back sharing her feelings and talking about love too early has put him off.

I think I will get the gist from all the comments-in summary, Paul is an arse, Ryan is an arse. And even Dave has turned out to be an arse. Adrian not quite such an arse in this episode.

Am also liking Elliot more and more now it turns out he's so into reading (unless it's creating a persona fir the show!)

Haven’t watched yet. But no. No redemption of Adrian please. He is the worst.

Absolutely, she really was questioning his 'manhood '. I think probably there could be all kinds of reasons why anyone doesn't want to fave a lot of sex and doesn't want to talk about it! Fair play to him .

I'm surprised nothing was made of Paul's 'got the ick' comments, unless I missed something?. That would be the worst part for me in Carina's shoes. But the way he essentially slagged her off, after appearing (revoltingly) obsessed and smitten with her in all other scenes, was unb*. Then he went straight back to being slimy all over her again when she came back.

As someone else has said - serial killer vibes.
