Don’t forget that Lily and baby Charli will no doubt be back soon. They are gonna need a bedroom at the Vic too.

What about Mo too ! She sometimes stays with them. Although she might move in elsewhere .. not sure where though somewhere with Freddie ?

That's what I understood. Stacey, Jean, Freddie and the kids were going to stay in the house. Kat, Alfie and the boys were going to move into the Vic.
